GoogleA friend recommended Kyley at KFH to me after I had a few struggles with other agents. I was so glad she did! Kyley was very responsive, proactive, straight talking and friendly. She really put a lot of thought into showing buyers around my property and always relayed constructive feedback. It was a breath of fresh air to work with her on selling my property.

GoogleOverall a good experience renting with KFH. Alliyah was outstanding throughout our tenancy - incredibly professional and very friendly. When we needed to end our tenancy, she worked really hard to secure immediate viewings, meaning that our property was rented in just 4 days. And throughout the moving out process, Alliyah was very compassionate and understanding to our family circumstances. It was a real pleasure to work with her.

GoogleStephen was great. He was very responsive, knowledgable and easy to deal with throughout and really helped to make the process as stress free as possible. Thanks so much.

GoogleI can’t recommend Julia Reynolds in KFH’s East Dulwich office highly enough. Not only did Julia manage to find us a buyer for our house in less than 24 hours, she then moved heaven and earth to help us to find a place to buy when our purchase fell through. She is understanding, friendly and tenacious.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAfter a long flat search I met Zac Green at a house viewing & whilst my offer wasn't accepted on the property, Zac took it on himself to offer a couple of other places. Whilst on paper these didn't suit my needs, Zac's knowledge of the properties and their landlords resulted in organising a viewing with a subsequent offer being accepted. Zac Green is definitely a Good Egg!

GoogleHad a great experience with KFH, specifically Julia who was excellent and very easy to deal with. She managed to sell our flat very quickly and helped manage the whole purchase & sale process so that the (long) chain completed on time! We are very happy in our new home and would definitely recommend Julia at KFH!

GoogleWe would just like to say thank you to Elliotfor everything and for helping us (finally) find a new house! We were looking for a long time for somewhere that would accept students and Elliot really made the effort to convince the landlord that we were good tenants. We really appreciate everything he did for us and he made the process so much easier.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our flat sale. Jamie Neicho and Stephen Akinlusi have been great from start to finish. They both have very good knowledge of the local market, are good communicators and are easy to deal with. Our transaction has been particularly complex and they have managed expectations of both us and our buyers throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any other future sellers.
