GoogleMatthew Stanway was fantastic with our sale. It was a flat sale with no outside space during the pandemic but he found us a buyer (and then a second buyer when the first pulled out) and was incredibly engaged and proactive throughout the process - it was really impressive. Strongly recommend!

We worked with other estate agents in East Dulwich and KFH were definitely the most professional. Charlene and Stephen were good at guiding us through some stressful times in a very competitive market.

GoogleSimon Smith and Stephen Akinlusi at KFH East Dulwich have done a great job helping me with the sale of my flat: always quick to get on the phone and talk through any questions I had, they have a great knowledge of the local area and ensured a smooth process from valuation to completion. Stephen in particular was extremely helpful during the sale negotiation process, leading to a great result in a challenging market, and in the lead up to exchange always had an eagle eye on potential blockages and delays to ensure things proceeded in a timely fashion.
