GoogleI recently rented a property through KFH in East Dulwich. In a really crazy rental market where a lot of agents were not even returning my calls, dealing with Marina at KFH was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely friendly, calm, well-organised and transparent throughout the whole process, even when dealing with competing offers and negotiating conditions with the landlord. Her colleagues were also equally helpful when she was away on leave. Overall I really recommend this branch of KFH. Thanks for your help Marina!

GoogleKFH were enthusiastic, swift and attentive. Both Roxanne Alleyne and Tom Holland were terrific at coming back immediately with answers and solutions . I felt valued and heard which made a big difference in letting my house from a distance. Thoroughly recommended!

GoogleMarina at KFH has been fantastic in the process of helping me to find a new tenant. It has been seamless from start to finish: taking photos of the property, marketing, sorting the reference checking, contract, deposit handling and rent collection. I’ve been very impressed with Marina management of the whole process and Alex for the initial introduction and set up.

GoogleWe sold and purchased with KFH. Charlene was excellent. She work tirelessly to ensure the sale and purchase went through, going far beyond what would have been expected of her. She kept the chain on track when it looked like it may have been broken and without her we would not be living in our beautiful home.

GoogleCan’t fault Kyley and the team in East Dulwich KFH. From the first viewing right through to collecting the keys they couldn’t do enough. It’s hard when your ultimately representing a vendor and a buyer but Kyley was exceptional backed up by a solid and very efficient team. Surprisingly 10/10. Well done guys.
