GoogleGreat service provided by the team at East Dulwich Sales and Lettings office, they found me the perfect tenant and collected the rent, when I decided to sell to my tenant, the sales team offered really sensible free advice, despite not earning a sales fee. GoogleI feel very lucky to have had such a smooth and positive experience with KFH. Kyley Cooper took me for my first viewing, and my last, and several in between, and I enjoyed all of them. She was extremely proactive about finding me properties to view, and even after I had placed an offer she continued to keep my needs and requirements in mind, and checked in with me regularly throughout the process. When solicitors were at loggerheads, Kyley worked tirelessly as a mediator. To the very last minute she worked as hard for my satisfaction as she did for her clients, and I truly couldn’t be happier.

GoogleReally great experience with KFH over the last few years. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant & helpful. Very prompt with issues, e.g. arranging plumbers to be sent out. When I was moving out, viewings where arranged very efficiently. Deposit returned very quickly too. I would highly recommend KFH.

KFH have been a breath of fresh air. They have an online portal that allowed us to sign documents electronically. Their referencing partners support open banking (saves time and printing hassle). GoogleVery kind and informative. Arrived on time and although we did not get the property, we felt we were treated very well by Holly at KFH who kept the communication between us and the landlords professionally with respect and cheer. Would definitely use in the future.
