GoogleFirst experience was very bad! Second chance we give to them was even worse, they call us to cancell the appointment 5 min before the viewing (after we received confirmation!), after we travel for almost 1 hour and half and we were in front of the property,waiting for them! Not a great service at all!

My property was listed on the day I met the agent to value it (including getting all the pictures taken) and let within three days. Oh, and for 10% more than asking price. GoogleZac at KFH worked really hard for us in difficult circumstances, as we were looking for a six-month let and very few landlords were keen on that. We spoke to pretty much every local letting agent and KFH were the only ones who really bothered scouring the market for us. Nearly every other agent took our details and then never called again, whereas Zac found us five or six places and was really proactive and helpful.

GoogleKyley at KFH was by far the most proactive agent I came across in the early stages of looking for my flat, hence fairly quickly became the only agent I was dealing with. She was very available, proactive and generally enjoyable to deal with. As this was my first purchase I was initially concerned what the agent experience would be, and Kyle/KFH massively surpassed expectations and helped push the purchase forward whenever they could. Would recommend.

GoogleI had a great experience with Alliyah, she has been helping myself and my partner with our property search for the last fews weeks and she has been very helpful! She even contacted us before some properties went online which was refershing as there has been ample times I have called agents after seeing a property online to then be told it was no longer avaliable. Unfortuantely we did not find our home through Alliyah but I would highly recommend if you are looking for a honest , professional , friendly experience when looking for somewhere to rent in the Dulwich area. We will certainly be in touch when we are looking to move again.

GoogleWe sold our flat through KFH and right from the outset I was impressed with the professionalism and the level of service that they provided. A really favourable marketing price was defined that outstripped all competitors and provided us with the reassurance that they were going to work really hard to get as much as they could in a competitive market. I was most impressed with the number of viewings they managed to arrange, despite our flat being on the market during a 'quiet' time of the year. Throughout the conveyancing we were kept up to date with news from the buyers and an issues that arose were dealt with quickly and very professionally. I would thoroughly recommend selling your property with KFH.
