GoogleWe bought our house and sold our flat through KFH last year and were really pleased with the service at every step of the process. We had several people working with us that we could speak to for updates and in many cases they were quicker to update us on things than our solicitors were. They have a good knowledge of the local SE22 area and a good selection of properties on the books.

GoogleRoxanne Johnson and Elliot Swaby provided me with excellent service. They were a great help and easy to communicate with. They helped me to find tenants for my property and help me to choose the right one. I appreciate all the help they gave me. I have already recommend them and KFH for my friend who is looking to replace his estate agent. Highly recommend this agency if you are looking for properties in Dulwich.

GoogleSimon and Kyley at KFH did a great job selling our house, we were really pleased with their service. They got lots of people through the door quickly, and helped to get our sale over the line by pushing through what is not a straightforward process! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleA massive thank you to KFH East Dulwich, our house hunting experience was made so much easier with the help from Marina. She made sure to stay on top of things from day 1 and had given us her full support to make sure our needs were being met.

GoogleMy process with KFH was pretty straightforward. My agent was Tom H, he helped me secure my flat and with all my questions throughout the entire process. They kept constant communication during the process, which was really helpful for me as a newbie with London rentals. Overall highly recommend

GoogleHaving vast experience in moving different places and countries, KFH´s service approach is by far one of the best I have encountered. A special thanks to letting agent Jenna for all the help and friendly service provided. She showed high level of professionalism. In general I would recommend this agency. Thank you KFH for making our move less stressful!

GoogleKFH got results for us. We thought that they had pitched the value a tad high at first but they sold it for exactly what they said they could (twice as it happens: the first fell over but through no fault of KFH). We had a deadline and they met it. The agents were pleasant and professional. Most importantly they knew their job and performed.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleStephen Akinlusi of KFH was our agent for our sale and purchase in East Dulwich and was excellent. He is professional, responsive and provides honest feedback throughout the whole process. He achieved the price we were looking for on our sale and held together the purchase of our dream house, even when the chain below us collapsed. If you are looking for an agent who will go the extra mile, look no further.

GoogleGreat service in what turned out to be a difficult sale. Stephen stepped in to deal with some difficulties right at the end of the sale of our flat and was a trooper negotiating late into the evenings on several occasions with our buyers. He definitely went above and beyond what we have experienced from other agents. Great communication from the team at KFH.

They went over and above and I can't recommend this estate agency enough. If you want a team who will put 100% into your sale/purchase and will care about it as much as you, then look no further!
