He was helpful and professional the whole way, put our first time buyers nerves at ease, and made the whole process very slick (and enjoyable!). Would 100% recommend KFH Peckham, and we’ll definitely be coming back to Michael when we want to move onto our next place. GoogleKFH acted as our agents on the sale of our (beloved!) flat recently. It’s one thing to get an offer on a property and another to progress the offer to completion, particularly as part of a chain. Michael at the Peckham office did a wonderful job of communicating with all parties in the chain, keeping us informed when other agents neglected to pass on key information and really held the thing together when we got to the crunch point before exchange. Thank you Michael!! I have given 4 stars as they did lose the keys to our flat and when we were doing viewings. Lock replacement was paid for.

Michael has been consistently dedicated to the whole process guiding me through the twists and turns of the conveyancing from start to finish, taking time to explain important details to me and working long hours. GoogleI have been using KFH to find a place to rent, specifically Clement whose effort made to help find somewhere within budget, suitable for my family needs and close by to work has been exceptional. Clement has been attentive and responsive, never having to wait very long for a reply via email or text. He was brilliant at sending out properties until we found the one that fits. I would highly recommend KFH, especially Clement as this would of been a lot more difficult I'd imagine with anyone else.

With how difficult the market is, I really appreciated Clement reaching out to us via email with available properties that actually matched our criteria! Clement helped us to view the flat at the earliest opportunity (that same morning) and was very helpful and friendly during the viewing. Clement made offering for the flat a very simple process and was very responsive to any questions that we had via email and text. Extremely friendly and professional throughout, and very understanding of our situation as renters looking for a flat in a difficult market. My new tenants were secured through the cheer volume of branches and quality of relationship with the prospective tenants. The ability the accurately identify what was needed by Thomas in the Dulwich branch and well handled administrative skills of Dejarna in the Peckham branch.

GooglePeter was one of the first agents we came across when restarting our search and is among the best we've dealt with. Attentive, invested and real - it was just a shame the properties available at the time weren't quite there. Had they been, I've no doubt going through the process with Peter would have been a great experience. Would definitely look to get back in touch with him in the future.

GoogleJust completed on a property by Peckham Rye park in no small part due to the impeccable service provided by KFH and, specifically, Rhianna. From the get go, she was extremely responsive in organising viewings at short notice; this efficiency continued once the offer was accepted, with frequent communication as Rhianna kept chasing conveyancers on both sides to get things moving. Would definitely recommend this branch, and I would certainly use their services again if needed.
