Katerina took us around many properties on the first day of the search and then followed up with us for the rest of the process, ensuring swift communication with the seller of the property that we found, and ensuring information was readily available to us whenever we requested it. Would recommend using them in the future.

GoogleBig shout out to Ivan at KFH Peckham for helping us move home. I've not moved houses in a long time and was initially worried about the whole process, but it was nothing but smooth with KFH. Ivan was patient and remained professional while personally helping us with all the paperwork and admin. GoogleWe purchased our new home through KFH. Andree was our agent and he was able to share decent properties with us regularly vs the other estate agents we were signed up with. Andree managed the sale and negotiation well and advised us well on the process and how to approach things.

GoogleOur sale was managed by Jamie Crowder at first and then Priyesh Barot, with no real explanation as to where Jamie went. Priyesh and his colleagues repeatedly gave misinformation to our buyer,, told her we had no chain when we'd made it clear we were buying a flat (which was chain free, perhaps that was the confusion, but it's really not complicated!), then told her we were happy to leave it vacant before we'd completed our purchase (also not true). This cause us much stress as we were worried she might pull out, as we knew KFH would make it seem like our fault to her. Then, the final straw!, told her on completion day that we were out and gave her the keys before we had finished and locked up! She literally turned up WHILE WE WERE CLEANING. Hugely embarrassing, but luckily she was reasonable and had only turned up to drop a few things and then move in later. KFH were more expensive than their service warranted. They did get our flat sold in the end, but after we'd already gone with another agent due to lack of activity from them. The sale only happened because of a previously interested party losing another purchase elsewhere and coming back to ours after we'd gone to another agent. Considered giving 2 stars as they were friendly, but these are really basic things that needn't have happened, hence just 1 star, there is no need to mislead buyers just to tell them what they want to hear. It only creates stress and frustration when the truth then appears.

I have a dog and he helped me talk to landlord about that. Since the place is very gorgeous, I told him that I really want it. He even helped me with the document when I have absolutely 0% knowledge about this. He always keep me update along the process. Everything is going very well. Thank you so much👏👏

GoogleKFH rented myself, and my downstairs neighbours flats in Kapuvar close with reoccurring cockroach infestation, mice, black mould, damp, power cuts, windows that don’t close, blocked drains, the list goes on… they are causing health issues and make the properties inhabitable. When we report it and ask for help from the landlord who manages the property, he ignores our messages for weeks and speaks in riddles. We tried to move out because it was not fit for living in, but KFH refused to let us leave the contract early early and their compliance team have said there is nothing they can do to help, but with the landlord ghosting us I don’t know where else to turn. The pests were present before we moved in because when a new pest controller came, there were already mouse and roach traps laid. Does this mean KFH have just been recycling uninhabitable properties on a high turnover with the knowledge of these persistent issues managed by a landlord that is impossible to communicate with and never sorts out problems? It would be great if they could do something to help or at least sign post where we can turn- this is a property that was on their books and they made money off so the least they can do is help the renter and perhaps hold the cowboy landlord to account? Especially when he has so clearly breached the rental agreement for both of these flats and is causing harm to the tenants

GoogleWe were selling our mothers house, as she required 24hr care, which on the face of it isn't anything out the ordinary. Added to the fact we live in France, and couldn't be available on site was our No1 concern. The team at KFH were absolutely brilliant, their seamless process worked reassuringly well and the sale was managed through to a very successful outcome. its the second time we have used KFH and both times have been completely painless, with interested buyers found within the first week.

We're looking for a property urgently to move in a week, and even though the first option we've viewed with Paul is the not the most ideal, he immediately took innitiative and showed us more options on the same day. So happy it has worked out in such a tight turn around. He's very responsive with replies and listens and understands our requirements. Appreciate all the help he's offered.

We had no idea how difficult the rental process was in the UK, and we feel so grateful that we called KFH and that Paul Johnson was the agent who answered. He is so patient and knowledgeable, and his guidance through every step of the process is the reason we were able to get a flat that we are extremely happy with. We spoke to multiple agents from various companies and Paul was by far the most helpful of everyone we got in touch with. He met us the same day for a viewing, and responded to all of (our many) questions straight away. With our situation coming from overseas complicating an already arduous process we can not speak highly enough about Paul Johnson and his effort to help us make this transition as smooth as possible. Truly couldn’t have done it without him!
