GoogleWe had the sale of our property fall through at the last hurdle shortly after we moved overseas, and had to pivot quickly to renting it out. We dealt with Phillipa at the KFH Peckham Lettings Team, and could not speak more highly of her; we were delighted with her assistance and her prompt, clear and helpful communication.
We secured high quality tenants before the property was even publicly marketed, and Phillipa has been fantastic in help us ensure we meet the relevant regulatory requirements for lettings, arranged thorough referencing and liaised with the tenants to ensure everything went smoothly leading up to the move in date.
It's made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with, so thank you to Phillipa and the KFH team.
