GoogleThe service from start to finish has been highly professional, with all agents, especially Paul Johnson, being communicative and efficient throughout. I had struggled to let my property through another agent for several weeks, however once KFH took charge I had two offers on the table the next week. Highly recommend this agent for Lettings.

GoogleIvan and Toni were very helpful throughout the process of finding and securing a property to rent in Peckham. Like everyone, I’ve had some trouble with other estate agents in the past, but with KFH everything was fairly straightforward and I didn’t ever feel pressured or stressed by the team there. Instead the team were supportive and responsive. Ivan in particular was great with advice on our tenancy application. Highly recommend! Thank you all.

GoogleThe experience that my mother and I have had with KFH and in particular Ivan Adako has been excellent. Ivan showed us a beautiful one bedroom flat to rent that my mother loved at first sight. The flat itself was the perfect size and location for my mother who had been looking for a new home close to me. From the moment we showed interest in the flat, through to doing all the necessary paperwork, Ivan handled all our queries in the most efficient way, and with a friendly and warm yet professional attitude. We appreciate so much Ivan's commitment to us, his clients, which means that my mother now lives in a home that she really loves and in a beautiful location. Moving home can be very stressful but the efficient and friendly attitude of staff such as Ivan Adako certainly lessens the stress. GoogleIn the midst of a pandemic I thought finding an affordable house that I loved would be a near impossibility but Ivan made it happen. We fell in love with a flat that fell through. Predicting our heartache, Ivan was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional and found us another one in the same day. We thought it wouldn't be as good as the one that fell through, but it was in a different league! We moved in two weeks later and have been extremely happy here since. GoogleWell what can I say, Having used KFH previously in obtaining a House Valuation for Probate purposes. I knew instantly that I wanted to use KFH Services again to sell our family House. We met Michael Odejide who explained the whole process to us, i must admit I was scared , apprehensive & was overwhelmed of the whole process. But Michael was so supportive, encouraging & explained every step. I had so many questions like, how was I going to find a trustworthy Solicitor. I didn't have to worry at all as a Solicitor was introduced to me, I was so relieved and happy. Michael was always professional & re-assuring even when I was becoming anxious & stressed when there was a few Minor hiccups at the top of the chain. He certainly took on the stress for me & was always on hand to deal with my questions or enquiries, nothing was too much for him. Michael helped me with completing Solicitors forms and printing off forms for me. Then I will never forget the news that our House had been sold, we was so emotional & over the moon and I just kept on pinching myself. Michael also supported me with helping me buy my new property. Michael is such an asset to KFH & I would definitely recommend anyone who is Selling or buying property to use KFH, they are simply the best & so Professional. GoogleWhen I was initially looking at properties, Andree was the only agent from any of the agencies that understood what I was looking for and only took me to see properties that were likely to be something I would consider purchasing. So many other agencies really wasted my time dragging me around to places that were never going to be right. With that in mind, I felt confident putting an offer on one of the properties that he showed me and throughout the entire purchasing process, he stayed on top of everything that was going on to help push it over the line. He was also always readily available and easy to reach when I had questions, so I can highly recommend KFH and Andree.

Every single person I came into contact with there, without exception, was highly professional, knowledgeable, consistent, utterly reliable and also just absolute pleasures to deal with. James Dawson, Andree, Michael and the manager Jason Davis were all superb. If they said they were going to do something, they did it, when they said they were going to do it. Nothing was too much trouble. And they obviously train their new staff very well and provide them with the support they need to be the best. I had previously been on the market with another agent who never called or emailed, or answered the phone! GoogleI haven't rented a property through them in nearly two years, so imagine my surprise to find that they took £2,500 from my account via direct debit with no communication or warning. I was lucky I went to take cash out that day or I don't think I would have noticed. Why they still have my bank details on hand I do not know. Be very wary.

GoogleI had a great experience with the KFH team. Clement and Toni were the main points of contact, and they were both unbelievably professional in all correspondence with myself. Clement is a very well rounded agent and doesn’t force his opinion on you, he also made the process very easy by keeping me up to date with everything. Toni was very supportive, and you can tell she is the backbone of the office (as administrators should be!). Even when I was late they were able to work things out with Ezra (agent) and Andy(manager) stepping in to cover. 100% would recommend and use again!PositiveProfessionalism, Value

GoogleWe have had two journeys with KFH Peckham, firstly when buying our house on Peckham Hill Street 11 years ago - when Jason was a guiding light throughout the process. He made my first house sale a pleasure and I felt in very safe hands. More recently, James has sold the same house for us, in what has been a very slow market. From the outset, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with - never pushy, never failing to consult us every step of the way, he is someone who knows his trade and knows how to sell a house in that area! Thank you both - James and Jason - for all your help, your ceaseless hard graft, the weekend viewings (HUGE thanks for giving up your personal time, that is a MASSIVE 'above and beyond!') you've work so hard for us and your are always so professional, friendly and above all lovely to work with. GoogleI can highly recommend the team at KFH, led by their Lettings Manager Andy Parker. After they valued our property for let, we took a few months to decide whether becoming landlords was the right decision for us. Andy kept in touch, but without ever becoming pushy, and made us feel like we would be a valued client. When we took the decision to let the property, the whole KFH team united to support us in listing the property in the quickest time possible, to fit in with our need to move rapidly due to finding another house sooner than expected. The property went from listing to being let in just 2 days and throughout the process Andy and the team have supported us with the paperwork, admin, and the legal bits and pieces very effectively.
