Within days of my flat going on the market I had plenty of viewings and received prompt feedback on the viewings afterwards. After accepting an offer the process was (believe it or not!) stress free! I have in text that my tenancy break clause would be at 6 months and now it’s come to me handing in my notice to leave at 6 months he’s saying that it’s incorrect and I have to pay thousands to leave at 6 months. He was very pushy at the start and now I see why. I will be taking legal action. Do NOT deal with this man child, he will rip you off and lie.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Would recommend using these Estate Agents and Jevon in particular. **update September 2021 unfortunately my review has needed to be updated, Jevon cannot be trusted, I discussed with Jevon over text and telephone the length of tenancy required but it since turns out that he did not follow my request . I can see now why he was so pushy I. Getting my daughter to sign a contract as it was for 6 months longer than she wanted. Would be very careful in any dealings here and make sure you get everything in writing. Very disappointed!

GoogleMichael was the agent overseeing my property purchase and I couldn’t be more grateful to him for his work. He was very responsive, professional and kind during a period of incredible stress caused by the inefficiency of my solicitors. He was a great help with chasing them, liaising with the seller and generally just getting the purchase over the line. He was also very easy going in the first place while I was viewing the property. Unlike almost all the other agents I met who by and large made me feel pretty uncomfortable, with Michael there was no heavy selling, no pressure and no condescension. Michael and the team talked us through their pricing strategy and gave us feedback from viewings after each visit. Also took a second set of photos and relisted the property after we gave it a bit of a paint. GoogleProfessional service for viewings, also had a decent list of interested partities, didn't just rely on Rightmove requests. When we went through to exchange we had a long chain with quite a few issues (and a deadline). Definitely felt like Simon Smith at KFH fought for us, chasing solicitors on the chain daily and orchestrating the other agents. Think he was a big part of getting our sale & purchase through on time. His communication was also excellent, always available on the phone. A good person to have on your side. Thanks Simon.

GoogleWe used KFH to advise us on letting out an investment property in Peckham we had purchased. The branch manager Andy Parker and his team were very responsive,professional and helpful throughout the whole process from initial contact to moving the tenants in and managing the property .They managed to get good offers from several tenants and helped us select the best tenants and manage the whole process. We are considering buying further property in Peckham and we would definitely consider using KFH again.

Later, with various legal problems, delays by other parties and 3 potential buyers pulling out, he never lost faith that we would succeed in selling the flat. He regularly spoke to me and my solicitor to update us on progress and chased others when he needed to. I highly recommend KFH in Peckham.
