We have had two journeys with KFH Peckham, firstly when buying our house on Peckham Hill Street 11 years ago - when Jason was a guiding light throughout the process. He made my first house sale a pleasure and I felt in very safe hands. More recently, James has sold the same house for us, in what has been a very slow market. From the outset, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with - never pushy, never failing to consult us every step of the way, he is someone who knows his trade and knows how to sell a house in that area! Thank you both - James and Jason - for all your help, your ceaseless hard graft, the weekend viewings (HUGE thanks for giving up your personal time, that is a MASSIVE 'above and beyond!') you've work so hard for us and your are always so professional, friendly and above all lovely to work with. I can highly recommend the team at KFH, led by their Lettings Manager Andy Parker. After they valued our property for let, we took a few months to decide whether becoming landlords was the right decision for us. Andy kept in touch, but without ever becoming pushy, and made us feel like we would be a valued client. When we took the decision to let the property, the whole KFH team united to support us in listing the property in the quickest time possible, to fit in with our need to move rapidly due to finding another house sooner than expected. The property went from listing to being let in just 2 days and throughout the process Andy and the team have supported us with the paperwork, admin, and the legal bits and pieces very effectively.

I would certainly recommend KFH - we tried a few others in the Peckham/East Dulwich area who were not as capable. They know the lay of the land, they offer a competitive price, and they get the job done in the end! The team at KFH Peckham were hard-working and fought tooth-and-nail for us to proceed with a complicated sale and purchase, and we were generally very impressed with their service. It sometimes was difficult to get through to our agent on the phone or to receive a prompt reply when we left messages, but this is due to their sheer business, and they were fairly quick, transparent, and easy to work with.

We dealt with Luke and Alexzandra at KFH in Peckham when we moved in Jan 2018. They were really friendly, and all the document signing was done online so we had time to look over everything properly at home, rather than skim through it in the office. When I was viewing, I thought I was only seeing one flat though KFH, but Luke had prepared four places to see, and we moved into one of them 6 weeks later - they put the effort in from the first interaction. Worth using!
