GoogleWe dealt with Luke and Alexzandra at KFH in Peckham when we moved in Jan 2018. They were really friendly, and all the document signing was done online so we had time to look over everything properly at home, rather than skim through it in the office. When I was viewing, I thought I was only seeing one flat though KFH, but Luke had prepared four places to see, and we moved into one of them 6 weeks later - they put the effort in from the first interaction. Worth using!

GoogleWe recently sold through the KFH Peckham office and found the service to be both friendly, prompt and professional from start to finish. There was constant communication throughout the process which helped ensure the transaction was completed in a timely manner. James was the primary contact and worked diligently to help and guide the sale to completion. In addition we worked with Jason, Jamie and Priyesh and found them all to be very helpful. Having now bought and sold with KFH we would happily recommend using their services.

GoogleI sent an email earlier today inquiring about a property on Woods Road SE15. I received an telephone call from a pushy real estate agent who was more interested in being rude over the telephone and refused to respond to my email. I feel sorry for the seller ...... no wonder the property is not moving.

GoogleReally impressed with Priyesh and the team at KFH Peckham. We switched to KFH when our original agent couldn’t secure viewings for our property. Priyesh pushed our property and got us a number of viewings and offers shortly after he was appointed. In the end, he got us our asking price. The conveyancing process was made really simple due to Priyesh’s professionalism patience and determination to push the sale through for us. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI didn't actually use KFH as my estate agent, he was actually the estate agent for the property I was purchasing. There were a lot of issues with the sale of my flat, and Andree from KFH was very extremely professional helpful and persistent in helping to move things along - everything you need from an estate agent really! If I ever go to sell my flat I will definitely be using KFH.
