GoogleThe sale of my flat was dealt with from offer to completion by James Dawson and he was a pleasure to deal with, with regular updates and nudging the process along on both sides. James went above and beyond on a couple of occasions by attending the vacant flat to check up on a few things for which I was grateful. Thanks James and colleagues!

Polite, honest, approachable and extremely helpful, these are often traits that aren't always in abundance in this industry. I interacted with a number of estate agents during my process and it was often a frustrating experience. James was always a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his services.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. We dealt with Jamie Crowder who was very accomodating and only showed us good places unlike some other agencies. We bought a flat in the local area and he was very helpful in finding the place and then driving through the sale, keeping all the wheels in motion which helped to ease the burden and stress from us!

GoogleUsed KFH recently whilst looking for a 2 brm flat in s.london. Found the process to be smooth, which was reassuring, as was rather stressed about the move. Ended up with rent which I'm pleased with and all negotiation and transactions were handled extremely competently. Luke was helpful, especially as I was moving to the area, and ensured all queries were dealt with. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleFound our future house via Yinka Akingbaje who took us around a few properties which paid off as we found our future home as a result of his intuition showing us properties we wouldn’t have necessarily requested to view but which turned out to be the home we loved and offered on. given we’d been searching for our perfect home for three years this was quite a momentous task!

GoogleI had a terrible experience with KFH Real Estate. They still haven’t refunded my deposit, and attempts to contact them have been completely ignored. Ashleigh Wallace and Andy Parker have not responded to my calls or emails, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

GoogleAnthony Finn and his team were great. They managed to secure our sale within 3 weeks of going on the market. But even more handled all of the queries (and endless calls) to get us to exchange. We went from offer to completion within our 8-10 week timeline on a leasehold. I’d definitely recommend KFH for instruction on any sale or purchase.
