I dealt with Luke directly both during my tenancies and also throughout two property searches and he really went above and beyond to find me somewhere. GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with KHF. They took my deposit and failed to return it, which I find to be completely unprofessional and dishonest. The person I dealt with was Ashleigh Wallace, who did not handle the matter transparently or fairly. I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this company.

They quickly found tenants to live in the property and helped sort out everything I needed to do to let my flat as quickly as possible to the standards required. Simone and Luke were very flexible and understood my needs and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a boiler issue when we first moved in which Luke and the team supported us with, negotiating and managing on our behalf. By far the most professional service I’ve experienced when moving house!

GoogleJust bought a flat via KFH with Rihanna Jarrett and couldn't be happier with the service. Extremely professional, responsive (always within the day) and persistent in dealing with my very difficult conveyancer. Could've chosen to apply the pressure on me and added to my stress but instead was a great partner in educating me on the process, timelines and how to get through it all. Her signature says "Trainee" but I hope that KFH promotes her ASAP because it's well deserved.

GoogleWe have recently rented and moved into a property through KFH in Peckham. We were really impressed with the professionalism of the estate agent, the cleanness of the property, and the thoroughness of which documentation of the property/referencing etc was done. They used the tenancy deposit scheme appropriately too. It was easy to schedule a viewing and if anything the property was even better than the viewing suggested (although this may well be due to the diligence and careful landlords). Our only complaint was we were hoping for a 6-12 month contract and whilst we were initially assured this would be the case, we felt slightly strong-armed into signing a 36 month contract. We felt earlier communication on this issue could have been clearer. But despite this we are very happy with our move and KFH as Estate Agents so far.
