GoogleLooking for properties to rent, especially as a student, can be a really difficult process but KFH provided us with all we needed to find what we were looking for with their efficiency and advice. While I think the communication could sometimes be clearer, in the end we got what we were looking for thanks to KFH.

GoogleTenancy agreement excluded terms agreed upon via email. Only realised when we wanted to exit the property. After exit we are still waiting for more than 2 months for the return of deposit. Avoid this real estate agent at all costs. Having to move house is stressful enough but add in KHF and you're in for nightmare. Google should allow for negative star reviews. Lift your game.
