GoogleBuyer beware! I bought my first home from KFH about 6 months ago. The process seemed okay at the time - although they will chase you relentlessly and pointlessly to try to speed up conveyancing. The property was left in a sorry state, to be cleared up at my own expense, and I have now dealt with 5 sets of bailiffs (and counting) hunting down the bad debts left by the previous owner and their guests. KFH should have done some basic due diligence to protect buyers from this, seems like they care about one thing and one thing only - closing a sale for their vendor so they can grab the commission. Avoid if you can.

We were first time buyers and nervous about the buying process having heard horror stories from friends, but we needn’t have worried. Michael from KFH was just fantastic - professional, friendly and quick to answer any questions we might have. He never pressured us to make a decision and, once we had had our offer accepted, dealt with any queries/issues quickly and wasn’t scared to chase the sellers’ solicitor. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KFH, and Michael specifically, to any friends selling or buying a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleKFH at Peckham Rye are brilliant! KFH were not the first agent we used to sell our home. But we wish they had been: We languished for four months with less than five viewings with the previous agents but within a week of signing up with KFH, we had nearly double that number of viewings! The team were great from the get go, they all came to have a look at the house so they knew what they were selling, they were incredibly professional and pro-active! We sold our house within the first two weeks of being on the market with them. When the first buyer pulled out, the team were upbeat, reassuring and optimistic and they got us sold again very shortly after that. Communication was clear and we had a named point of contact at the branch., Andree, who processed everything very quickly, replied to queries and emails promptly, kept us informed and always answered the phone. Our house sale was not the easiest as a shared ownership leasehold/freehold sale, but I think the quality mark of any company is that they are proactive and positive when things are tough and we were in safe hands with Andree - who steered us through, keeping up to date with all parties and pushing the conveyancing forward. Thank you so much for being positive, helpful and calm. We wholeheartedly recommend this team - they will get the job done and provide excellent support to both the buyer and the vendor in doing so.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would - never encountered such a level of unprofessional behaviour as I have with this branch. Underhanded, conniving, behaviour is apparently acceptable here and the agents that work here clearly lack basic morals. The behavior here was disgusting and I can’t recommend enough to go with the Brockley Branch, where Alex and Kandiss are fantastic! don’t waste your time here!
