GoogleMichael just recently helped us get to exchange on our house purchase in Nunhead. He brought the property to us and it was perfect for our requirements and budget. During viewings he knew exactly how much space to give us, and was prompt in getting any further information we requested. He moved the chain along nicely, and was always patient when we hit the usual speed bumps along the way. Couldn't really ask for more from a buyer's perspective. Very pleased.

GoogleWhen I began looking for properties I found it difficult to find an agent who understood my property requirements and grew tired of looking at endless homes that weren't meeting my criteria that was until I contacted KFH and was directed to Michael. Michael showed me a number of suitable properties until I settled on the right one, he was patient and thorough when explaining the buying process and made communication between my self and the vendor easy. I highly recommend using KFH and if you're lucky enough to have Micheal as your agent you're in good hands !

GoogleRented us a property with a landlord they knew to be extremely aggressive and exploitative. Then at the end of the tenancy they rented it to another group of unsuspecting victims. A year later I get called by the new tenants saying they’re experiencing the exact same thing. Awful behaviour

However, Jevon at KFH pleasantly surprised me with his professionalism, attention to detail and swiftness in getting the deal over the line. Always kept in touch twice a week with updates & feed back. The team showing people around were fantastic & enthusiastic with every buyer who entered our home. GooglePriyesh did a great job of helping us with our search for a new home and his communication ensured both buyer and seller were happy throughout the process. His persistence got the deal done on schedule and with no surprises. From my experience of obtaining quotes for selling my flat, I know KFH pride themselves on selling properties at the market price for a fair % fee. Some other agencies lock you into higher coms and promise the seller they can beat the market (they really can't - it just lengthens the process and costs everyone more). It is therefore reassuring as a buyer to view a KFH listing.
