GoogleWe are at risk of losing our home becuase KFH have been such a completely awful lettings agent. We have reported them to the Property Ombudsman because of illegal tricks they tried to pull on us. When our tenancy was up for renewal we pleaded with our lovely landlord to switch to a lettings agent who aren’t total crook/con artists and she immediately agreed when we explained what KFH have done. All parties were happy and we were all set to have a stress-free renewal with another lettings agent who wasn’t trying to pull dodgy tricks and rip me and my landlord off, however KFH has now threatened to sue my landlord if she does this so we are fearful we are going to lose our lovely family home that we have lived in for two years. I have nothing good to say about KFH they have messed us around and lied to us at every point. Just full of dodgy tricks and lies trying to ruin everyone’s lives. Avoid avoid avoid

GoogleI give Priyesh 10/10 for deal management. The main risk of our sale was the poor performance of the buyer's solicitor, not helped by a falling market. Priyesh effectively stepped up to fill the void and manage communications with the buyer. KFH were significantly better at getting viewings than an online agent, who was spread thinly over a wider area. Despite many more viewings, KFH were only able to attract a bid price at the same level as the online agent. However the market had fallen over this period.

GoogleCan't praise highly enough. Anthony Finn of KFH was extremely helpful, friendly and professional in helping to value and market my mum's house after she sadly passed away recently. Nothing has been too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH to anyone based on my experience. Their conveyancing side have also been extremely useful with the solicitor allocated extremely efficient, professional and helpful - all at a pre-arranged fixed price. Everyone I have dealt with at KFH has made the process at this sad time much easier. Thank you once again.

GoogleVery responsive estate agent and professional at any time. My partner and I just moved in a flat with Kfh and are very happy with the outcome. We had a bit of a kwak with the first property we went for, as I think things had been a bit rushed (the property was not 100% available for renting, ended up loosing the property and we still paid deposit and completed forms, but all money was returned). However afterwards Luke suggested us viewing of other properties in our criterias. As I said very communicative and facilitating communication with landlord at any stage. Should I say not as dishonnest as others in the industry?

GoogleThis year, my girlfriend and I bought a property in Peckham through KFH. We were first-time buyers and did not know the first thing about buying property. KFH were friendly and extremely helpful, both from their estate agency help (from Michael) and also from their mortgage advisor (Trevor). They were both able to speak to us without the use of too much jargon and explained the whole process of buying a property from start to finish. Michael always had time to answer our questions about the property (no matter how trivial) and was always available to allow repeat viewings. If we buy another property in London, KFH will be our first port of call.
