GoogleI was very happy with the expertise of Max and Alistair regarding the local area and Alistair’s dedication to getting things done on time for my buyer to avoid a stamp duty increase. Very professional, communicative and aiding conveyancers of varying quality and sometimes different personalities or ways of working than expected is always appreciated as a massive bonus to get it done.

GoogleAyoub couldn’t have done more to help us. He ensured we got to view the property that my daughter is about to rent, despite having to travel to the property twice. He understood exactly what I was looking for, never wasted my time showing me properties outside of my specification, and helped every step of the way with my purchase. He was always on hand to answer questions for a first time buyer who found the whole process a bit confusing at times! Absolutely great service, thank you.

GoogleGurdeep Gohler was amazing with helping us to sell our property. We had the property on with another estate agent for several months, moved to KFH and we had an offer at asking price within a week! Gurdeep was also very calm, helpful and knowledgeable througout the sales process even with the added pressure of the stamp duty holiday!

Facebookshame, they filled out my lease extension form wrong , and now land registry will not accept it, have contacted them numerous times , so has solicitor, and no response, so now i have a lease thats not worth the paper its written on, person dealing with it has left the company, and no reply from new team member, will complain to directors, this has been going on for over a year now, very shoddy , and a disgrace to the industry .

GoogleMy sale with KFH has been very challenging. The responsibile agent for the sale changed in the middle of the process but no one informed us. The new agent was constantly overpromising to the buyers which led to frictions. He knew we were not experienced sellers/buyers but there was hardly support with the process. The way he dealt with stakeholders was extremely poor and it led to disageements with my solicitor and buyers. I don’t think I would use their services again.
