GoogleMany phone calls to the renters team at this branch trying to get our deposit back after moving. Absolutely useless with no one taking responsibility. A consistent flood of ‘they’ll call you back’ ‘I’ll let someone know’ ‘its the end of the month it will take longer’ with no action taken at all after 6 calls and 3 emails. Until Vanessa answered the phone, took it on from her colleague and had it sorted and paid to us by the end of the next working day. Professional and efficient. 0 star review for everyone else! Would only ever deal with this team again if it was only Vanessa to go through.

GoogleI recently completed a sale on my property with KFH. The sale had a number of challenges related to it (legal complexities) which not only dragged the process out but created some substantial hurdles in getting a sale completed at all. Gurdeep and his colleagues at KFH did a really super job of managing not only this complex process, but also me and my expectations throughout. They proved to be responsive and agile to the needs of the sale and did some really excellent work liaising with the buyer to get us all to completion. It's easy, as a seller, to think of all estate agents as being the same but I can say, having tried others before switching to KFH on this sale, that is not the case. You want to go with people who will put in the work when you need it and I can categorically say that the team at KFH did that for me. A great job and thoroughly recommended.

This sale was difficult from start to finish due to a fair few complexities and I honestly could not have done it or maintained my sanity without you.
