GoogleAs first-time renters and movers to London, we found that many agents simply wanted to churn out properties and the process felt rather rushed and transactional. When dealing with Anton at KFH on Abbeville we felt quite the opposite. He quickly understood what we were looking for and refrained from showing us properties for the sake of it. He made regular contact without coming across as pushy and it felt like he was really invested in fighting our corner throughout negotiations with Landlords. When our offer had been accepted, both Anton and Grace made the process seem very seamless and took care to address any concerns we had with the contract, regardless of how petty they may have seemed. As first time renters, this was invaluable. I would highly recommend using KFH and in particular Anton King when looking for properties on or around Abbeville. Very professional yet personable and could not have secured such a fantastic property without his guidance.

GoogleMy partner and I have just secured a rental flat in Tooting thanks to Olivier and KFH. Olivier was such a pleasure to work with and had our best interests at heart. His communication skills were excellent as he kept us up to date on every step of the process. He even let us know when he was in meetings in case we were trying to get hold of him. I would 100% recommend tenants and landlords using KFH and working with Olivier.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through KFH and the whole process from beginning to end was dealt with in an efficient ,friendly and business like manner.The staff were knowledgable and curteous always returning calls and went out of there way to be helpful .I cannot praise them enough. I have bought and sold many properties and if every transaction was as smooth as this the industry would have a much better reputation.I would not hesitate to recommend both the team and the company for selling or purchasing, I will definitely use them again. Special thanks to Arthur Butler who convinced me to view the property, he listened carefully to my requirements and found me the perfect purchase.Well done Team!!

As 4 professional sharers with little knowledge of London, Alvin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped make our move as smooth as possible. We've now secured a beautiful flat in Tooting and couldn't be happier! We had many viewings with various estate agents and Alvin was by far the friendliest and honest, which played a big part in our decision making. Thanks so much Alvin! GoogleArthur and the whole team at KFH made the process of buying my first home in London a thousand times easier. They put no pressure on me throughout the process and did not bombard me with phone calls which other agents seem to do. Arthur was able to secure a deal with the seller promptly. When there was delays on both ends KFH were able to keep things running smoothly and were very accommodating with valuation surveys from Mortgage companies. 100% recommend and if I were to sell I would through KFH.

GoogleWe bought a house through KFH and received good service from Gurdeep, who was professional and helpful. It was especially useful that he was very responsive - quick to get back to emails and return calls, and clear when he was not available, with colleagues being around to answer questions. We went through a bit of back and forth with the sellers, which KFH/Gurdeep handled well.

GoogleWe have started our home search and registered our details with KHF Abbeville. Michael Monaghan has been really helpful. He totally understood what we are looking for . What is more, he managed to arrange the viewings at suitable times considering we work and can not carry out viewings during weekdays before 6:30pm. He has been very flexible with his time. So far very good experience and service. Hopefully, we will soon find our dream home !

GoogleI was very happy with the expertise of Max and Alistair regarding the local area and Alistair’s dedication to getting things done on time for my buyer to avoid a stamp duty increase. Very professional, communicative and aiding conveyancers of varying quality and sometimes different personalities or ways of working than expected is always appreciated as a massive bonus to get it done.
