GoogleExcellent team work from the Clapham Branch! Both Max and Gurdeep are the original 'A' Team. Mum is 83 years old and had lived in her house for nearly 50 years. She was nervous about everything regarding the sale especially when we had a false start at the beginning. Max and Gurdeep pulled out all the stops to progress the sale and put the whole family at ease (right up to completion). True Ninjas!!! Well done. Shirley

GoogleFrom the outset and throughout the entire process, Gurdeep and Max were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. Our allocated agent, Gurdeep, was switched on about every aspect of our sale, and could not have guided us and managed the process any better! He was reachable, communicative and transparent throughout. We had many questions (somewhat tedious and pedantic) throughout and not once did his patience wear thin. He navigated tricky circumstances that arose exceptionally well and was very level-headed. In short, he went beyond our expectations. We cannot thank him and Max (branch manager) enough for making what is notoriously a very stressful process run as smoothly and as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend them for anyone selling their property!

GoogleMax and his team have been fantastic over an extremely arduous sales process (arduous due to our onward purchase nothing to do with KFH). There was none of the usual hard sell/pressure that has been typical of estate agents in the past and we really appreciated that. The teams sustained positivity and commitment throughout was impressive as was the quality of potential buyers they have on their books. I have no doubt that this process would have been significantly more stressful if we hadn’t chosen KFH and whilst I have no plans to move anytime soon I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that is.

GoogleI used KFH Abbeville Road to sell my flat in Brixton. I was very uncertain about the sales process and was nervous, having heard horror stories about selling in London. The KFH team were great, but Aarti really stood out. She kept us informed throughout the whole sales process, and seemed to have a good relationship with her buyers. Aarti managed expectations very well. In the end, we sold our property with minimal issues. I would definitely use KFH again and recommend Aarti to my colleagues and friends.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through KFH on Abbeville Road and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From our very first conversation with Max it was clear that we would be in safe hands. What really stood out was their ability to anticipate every step of the process, they didn’t just react to situations, they stayed two steps ahead at all times. Lucia showed great judgement and a proactive approach that gave us total confidence. Communication was faultless throughout with her too. We were kept informed at every stage, and any questions we had were answered swiftly and clearly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Christian’s role as a mediator undoubtedly had the sale processed on time. Ultimately without Christian’s tireless support, the sale was at risk of falling through due to ever increasing costs associated with the delays in the process. GoogleGurdeep Gohler from the Abbeville Road branch of KFH was my estate agent in the sale of my property on Kingswood Road. He was absolutely fantastic and absolutely instrumental in supporting the completion of the sale before the stamp duty deadline. He was incredibly responsive and on several occasions, came up with creative, pragmatic solutions to make sure the sale progressed. Even when I was feeling really stressed, I felt confident that Gurdeep would do everything he could to liaise between solicitors to expedite things. He listened to my initial concerns about the photos and organised for them to be retaken. I had such a good experience that I recommended Gurdeep to a property developer friend, which is something I don't normally do. Thanks again Gurdeep.
