KFH seemed to be the best estate agent in the area, at least for flats in our price band, and their database of prospective buyers really paid off: they sold our flat off-market for the full asking price within a few weeks.

GoogleRecently sold a property through KFH, and while the process took much longer than anticipated (seven months from accepting the offer to completion), I want to praise Lucia at KFH for her relentless chasing of the other side. She kept in touch throughout the process and was efficient and knowledgeable.

GoogleI sold and purchased a property through KFH and they have been fantastic from start to finish. Alistair from KFH Clapham was incredible, no question was too silly and he managed to drive the sales process efficiently and with ease. He was a very calming presence through what is quite a stressful time for anyone! The wider team were also very quick to respond if I needed them or had to re-arrange a viewing! Would highly recommend KFH Clapham.

GoogleOurs turned into quite a complicated and prolonged sale for various reasons. Kfh (particularly Gurdeep) were patient, intelligent and insightful in their dealings with both us and our buyers. We had been in our house for 32 years and it was a big change for us to move after all that time, and I think without the careful handling of all matters by Gurdeep and Max (manager) and indeed all the staff we had dealings with at the Abbeville Road branch it may never have happened!

GoogleKFH managed quite a complicated sale of my leasehold flat with skill and efficiency. They took trouble with the marketing and ensured the team who would be dealing with the sale all came round to look at the property and speak to me to enable them to do a good job when talking to prospective buyers. Once an offer was made I was allocated a lead at KFH who gave exceptional service and attention. Alistair was responsive, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the long and complex sale and purchase process. He liaised effectively ( and tenaciously when required!) with other agents and solicitors in evolved in the chain and helped to ensure a positive conclusion. I would recommend KFH to anyone selling their property.

GoogleThe initial experience was pretty poor from KFH, it was unclear who was really dealing with our sale, and we were often only given very short notice of a viewings, (working from home this was far from ideal.) sometime we only found out because we called them. The process was a mix of email and phone and often not copying us both in. Initial valuation was very hopeful and very quickly became apparent was not achievable. From the first buoyant meeting full of confidence, to only a few weeks later of being encouraged to accept an offer well below their own lowest estimate. Once we had an offer accepted we consistently worked with Christian Gray who was great. He worked very hard on a difficult chain, and went some way toward reversing our earlier feeling that KFH was the wrong choice.

GoogleI sadly have to take back my positive review of KFH written below. They requested we leave them a 5* review before the process of securing the flat was complete. What unfolded turned out to be a terrible service. Despite having over a week to arrange the referencing, contracts and key collection, we still only received the keys at the very last moment after we had committed to hiring a van and driving to London. It was a combination of incompetence from our new landlord (The Key Location LTD - avoid) and apparent mismanagement of the situation by KFH. It felt like they had never let a property before. During the viewing and while negotiating the tenancy, we were told that the flat would come part furnished with two bed frames. What turned out to be the reality was the previous tenants had chosen to left their junk in the flat when they left and the landlord couldn’t be bothered to remove it. We still have two incomplete and totally useless bed frames in our flat among other junk that needs disposing of. To top things off, neither the boiler or the washing machine worked when we moved in. The boiler was fixed swiftly only after it started leaking through to the floor below and the washing machine remains broken three weeks into our tenancy. All the windows in the property are completely rotten - I can see clear daylight through the frame in my bedroom. While the landlord is largely to blame for most of the above, KFH either didn’t know how bad the flat was and was unaware of the landlords incompetence or they knowingly prioritised securing tenants over checking the house was fit for human habitation. Either way, terrible service. Previous review: (Great service from Jacques Clemson in helping us secure our flat. He was helpful in suggesting how we might differentiate our offer to make us competitive and was generally an excellent communicator throughout the process.)

GoogleThere is no choice for "No Star Reviews", but I guess their smiles during our meetings had to count for something. 1. The property was published as a 2 bedroom flat with allocated parking, however, after two visits, we found out that the allocated parking wasnt allocated but on a first come basis. (First Mistake, no Due Dilligence/false Advertising). 2. No matter, we agreed to sign in hopes and trust to the professionalism that the agency portrayed as the flat looked alright (Second Mistake). 3. Two days before the move-in day (Thursday), Michael (KFH) called us to indicate that the kitchen would not be completed before the professional cleaners came and so they rescheduled this cleaning for Saturday Morning before check-in. 1 Hour before the actual Move-In time, we got informed that the kitchen wasn't ready, and the cleaners didn't pass by nor the check-in clerk (after we called them). We hadn't had any notice from KFH at that point. 4. Since we moved into our new flat and moved out of our old flat, it was just blatently reckless to not inform new tenants about the status of the move-in. We had to sleep in a dirty/non-complete flat and needed to organize to stay home as well as clean the place ourselves as the reserved professional clean from KFH did not want to clean because we already had moved in and our things were everywhere. (Communication and Organization Lacking) 5. We had to take time off work on several occasions to either let people in for various reasons which I would have thought should have been organized pre-move-in date, but It could be that I just expected too much of KFHs customer service. On all occasions, the responses were non-comitting and all responsibility shirked (Customer Service, Customer Care and Organizational standards lacking) 6. After almost a month of living in the apartment, we got a call from the agency after being handed off multiple times between different property managers, that a gas check had been reserved for the following day, but if we would like to re-schedule, we would forego the right to use any gas appliances. Not even 24 hours notice. (Lacking Communication) Please be more pro-active and show more care towards clients even after they have signed the tenancy agreement.

GoogleI recently made a purchase with KFH and the experience was very positive throughout. Aarti Chohan in particular was excellent. I cannot understate how responsive and quick Aarti was. She was readily available by phone and I don't think I ever waited more than a few hours for a response by email, though most came within 30 minutes or less. It was extremely impressive. She was very helpful and patient with me as a first time buyer. I viewed 32 properties in total and made 3 offers - 2 with KFH.(So I experienced quite a few estate agents in South London). Overall, I found KFH's properties were consistently priced fairly and represented well in photos. Most importantly, the team overall was very responsive and accommodating with requests for information and viewings. The transaction was relatively fast and it would not have moved as quickly or smoothly as it did without Aarti's oversight. Overall, I'm really happy and leaving with a great impression of the agency.

GoogleKFH and Alistair have been great in selling our apartment- it was a bit of trying time price wise for the market in general but we’re really pleased with the effort and attention that was shown to our property and eventual sale recently. Alistair and team clearly know the area and market. Communication with us as sellers was fantastic too. Would definitely recommend them if you’re selling or buying in South London!

GoogleExcellent team work from the Clapham Branch! Both Max and Gurdeep are the original 'A' Team. Mum is 83 years old and had lived in her house for nearly 50 years. She was nervous about everything regarding the sale especially when we had a false start at the beginning. Max and Gurdeep pulled out all the stops to progress the sale and put the whole family at ease (right up to completion). True Ninjas!!! Well done. Shirley

GoogleFrom the outset and throughout the entire process, Gurdeep and Max were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. Our allocated agent, Gurdeep, was switched on about every aspect of our sale, and could not have guided us and managed the process any better! He was reachable, communicative and transparent throughout. We had many questions (somewhat tedious and pedantic) throughout and not once did his patience wear thin. He navigated tricky circumstances that arose exceptionally well and was very level-headed. In short, he went beyond our expectations. We cannot thank him and Max (branch manager) enough for making what is notoriously a very stressful process run as smoothly and as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend them for anyone selling their property!
