GoogleWas happy to buy our flat with KFH Clapham 5 years ago, and even happier to sell the same flat with them 5 years later. It was a very professional and customer-focused experience. While other local agents wanted to price it way lower than we'd accept, KFH got us an above asking price offer after one week of viewings. Jade was excellent and kept us updated regularly throughout the process. Shout-outs to Max and the rest of the KFH Clapham team too!

GoogleWe worked with Gurdeep Gohler while selling our flat and if I could give him 6 stars I would. Above his friendliness and attention to detail, he did a stellar job at communicating with everyone involved and made sure we all knew what had to happen next. In addition, he was also incredible at helping us manage our inept solicitors, who were beyond useless. Guiding us through the process (as first time sellers) so that we knew what to expect and when.

GoogleWe have just completed on a purchase of a great flat in Brixton and want to say a huge thank you to Christian Gray from KFH for his great support in completing this sale so smoothly. Here are the highlights: The Search: We had flats we wanted to see based on our internet search but also gave Christian a clear brief as to what we were looking for and price range. He clearly understood as he took us to a number of additional properties all of which met the brief we had given him. The flat we purchased we had not seen on the website but Christian was clear it was one we should see, and he was right, because it’s the one we bought. He was also very helpful in promptly arranging second viewings for us, and answering a lot of questions. The Sales Pitch: There was very little overt selling pressure. Christian gave a clear and honest view of the properties which we really appreciated. He was able to answer our questions about the properties and the surrounding area, and also explain how property prices change in the Brixton area as you move away from the underground. All of this was very useful and allowed us to make a decision without wading through confusing and irrelevant sales information. The Purchase: Christian worked with both sides when it came to making an offer, and we quickly agreed a price. From that point onwards Christian kept in touch and updated on the process. He was also willing to chase the purchaser if there appeared to be a hold up on their side, which he did on 2 or 3 occasions and which was very useful. He was not at any point overbearing, but just gently kept both sides moving along. So a huge thank you Christian. You were a credit to KFH who also need a shout-out for allowing their agents to behave in a professional and mature manner, without any of the annoying and off-putting sales pitch that you often face. I strongly recommend that anybody looking in the area use KFH and if you can work with Christian I think you will do well.

GoogleJade is an absolutely exceptional agent - she handled our sale and purchase with the most incredible efficiency and was absolutely tenacious on all fronts to ensure a quick resolution. She was also consistently lovely and consistently reassuring and calm, even when unexpected things happened - we always felt in very safe hands. But someone is obviously doing something right over there, because in our recent experience buying a first home, KFH - in particular Gurdeep - were by far the most helpful, responsive, communicative aspect of the whole process. It feels like it would have been 10x more stressful without his help, so a huge thanks Gurdeep from myself and Ali.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Unlike other estate agents, Alistair respected us as buyers and never gave us a hard sell or put us under pressure. He was impeccably polite, calm, and always prompt in liaising with the sellers. I would be happy to have Alistair act in future purchases.

I felt like he went out of his way to help us secure it with very fast responses and guidance through the application process. We were able to drop into different branches close to where we work or live to hand over all the correct forms, while Jacques oversaw the process and kept us informed. Cheers!

GoogleCharlie at KFH in Clapham was great at talking me through the process of selling my property and helping me decide on the right price and marketing strategy. Other estate agents wanted to sell the property for me, but Charlie's knowledge, professionalism and positive approach made me decide to choose KFH. I was not disappointed. Gurdeep was absolutely fantastic in managing the sale of my property. He found a buyer very quickly, and has helped me at every stage of the sale process, being a lot more proactive, involved and supportive than I was expecting. He kept me informed about each stage of the sale and educated me about property sales in general so I understood the context of everything that was going on. He's also been quick to resolve any issues, answer any questions and chase different parties when it's been required. It was exactly 2 months from when I put the property on the market to exchange of contracts for the sale. That was a lot quicker than I thought possible, especially during COVID-19 conditions. The whole process from start to finish has been expertly managed by KFH and Gurdeep has made selling my property enjoyable and stress-free. I can't recommend Gurdeep and the team at KFH highly enough. COVID-19 note: The KFH team was great at managing the marketing and sale of my property in accordance with social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines.
