GoogleChristian Grey and KFH have given us a fantastic service so far in the search for our first property. Christian is very professional and helpful in finding and suggesting properties which match what you are looking for as well as suggesting other properties you may not have considered. Very much recommend and hopefully we'll soon find our home!

GoogleAlistair worked with me to purchase my property in Brixton and I couldn't have been happier with him. Really bucked the trend of awful solicitors i've dealt with in the past. Couldn't recommend enough.

GoogleMany phone calls to the renters team at this branch trying to get our deposit back after moving. Absolutely useless with no one taking responsibility. A consistent flood of ‘they’ll call you back’ ‘I’ll let someone know’ ‘its the end of the month it will take longer’ with no action taken at all after 6 calls and 3 emails. Until Vanessa answered the phone, took it on from her colleague and had it sorted and paid to us by the end of the next working day. Professional and efficient. 0 star review for everyone else! Would only ever deal with this team again if it was only Vanessa to go through.

GoogleI recently completed a sale on my property with KFH. The sale had a number of challenges related to it (legal complexities) which not only dragged the process out but created some substantial hurdles in getting a sale completed at all. Gurdeep and his colleagues at KFH did a really super job of managing not only this complex process, but also me and my expectations throughout. They proved to be responsive and agile to the needs of the sale and did some really excellent work liaising with the buyer to get us all to completion. It's easy, as a seller, to think of all estate agents as being the same but I can say, having tried others before switching to KFH on this sale, that is not the case. You want to go with people who will put in the work when you need it and I can categorically say that the team at KFH did that for me. A great job and thoroughly recommended.

GoogleBig thanks to you Max for making an arduous and stressful process that little bit easier. This sale was difficult from start to finish due to a fair few complexities and I honestly could not have done it or maintained my sanity without you. When I’ve worked with agents before I’ve felt a lot more alone and you provided both me and my partner with continued assurance and professionalism. Your knowledge of properties and perhaps more importantly your understanding of lawyers has been a godsend. Thank you for everything, from start to finish.

GoogleThe only agent I'd consider using, no fuss, no hidden charges, no tomfoolery. Just straight vibes. Aaron was especially helpful and dealt with my vast levels of incompetence.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend KFH more. Aaron made the whole process of renting a new flat, very easy and quick. I’ve liaised with a number of estate agents in my time renting in London and Aaron has got to be hands down the most efficient and knowledgeable.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleCannot recommend KFH Abbeville Road - and manager Jimmy Carr in particular - enough. Ours was not a particularly easy sale and purchase but Jimmy's professionalism and reassurance throughout the purchasing process was fantastic. Jimmy was very responsive, diligent and supportive and above all we trusted him - what more could you want from an estate agent!?

GoogleKF&H in Clapham recently sold our flat in Abberville Village, securing a number of viewings 'off-market' and before the property was listed on the portals. One of these resulted in a firm offer from a fully proceedable buyer, which my wife …
