Luckily one of the first viewings I tried to book was with a strapping young agent named Giuseppe at KFH near the tube. It became very apparent early on in my search that KFH had the best properties in the local area and Giuseppe was extremely understanding and patient with me and my sometimes demanding boyfriend. He helped us secure a dream flat and calmly navigated us through the difficult legal process. My partner and I had used KFH to find tenants for our property and we were happy with the service from Gerard and the lettings team. It was logical, therefore, that we chose them to take care of the sale of the house. After an initial chat with Giuseppe, the house was quickly visited, photographed and marketed online and at KFH's Canada Water branch. We had some initial interest and, after speaking to Karyna, adjusted the price of the property to generate even more visits. Karyna's feedback and suggestions were very helpful and it was not long before we accepted an offer. Do Not Use this agency! After taking a holding deposit from you they still accept other offers and ask you to increase your offer. We were on our way to see the property and they were bullying us into making a final (higher) offer on the spot. There was no good faith, the fact that we had already paid the holding deposit down. The agent was rude from the start (Haydar).

Super star at KFH Canada water - Paige Lawrence I moved to Rotherhithe Street in June 2015 via KFH. Paige was my estate agent at KFH. She was nothing less than a superstar, she was courteous, sweet and extremely efficient. I must say i have always dis liked estate agents however she was the first agent who was amazing. She was always reachable via phone/email, that made things smoother. I have renewed my contract at the same flat. She was helpful during my renewal too (although she didnt work in the renewal team). Avoid, avoid, avoid. Poor communication and endless problems. After we had put our deposit down they said (for the first time) that our work contracts needed to be for longer than the contract on the flat - this caused us a lot of stress to sort out. They asked for both of us to come to the office in person with documents we had already sent copies of, even though one was moving from overseas and could not be there. When we did this, it was just to take more copies of the documents. An avoidable waste of time. Once we moved in, we quickly realised the property was just not ready - the washing machine wasn't connected to water, the whole place was dirty from some contractors having been in, the waste pipe leaked through to the neighbour's flat, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen... to give you an idea. None of these things were simple to sort out. A person was in charge of looking after our flat but all the work was contracted out to a third party and communication was poor. One day I waited in all morning for a workman who never showed up because somebody had failed to pass on a message. When the waste pipe flooded the contractor turned the water supply to the washing machine off (again!) without telling us. We asked KFH to reimburse us for the cost of using a launderette's and the property manager suggested we hand-wash instead. Even when our microwave exploded, the property manager had to contact the landlord before paying for a new one. It took a week before we got an answer saying they would reimburse us for it if we went ahead and bought one. The reason for the only star I can give KFH is that Paige was an excellent saleswoman - she was quick at answering emails and had a great selection of properties for us to look at.

We have just moved in our flat and, so far, we had a very good experience with KFH. After the visit, things went pretty fast, and all the bureaucracy could be done online, which is good. Their emails are clear (good point for us, non-native english speakers), and a plan B was easily found when it was difficult for us to provide the documents they were asking. We personally dealt with Samantha Richardson, who was lovely during the visit, get for us a very good price for the flat (unexpected !), and replies to all of our emails - very happy about her. All in all, we are very happy with the service KFH provided, especially with Giuseppe's assistance during the sale of our property and Chris' personal support and advice when we started marketing the property. Giuseppe guided us through the sale with a lot of patience, including facilitating the communication between us and the overseas buyer and helping us to find a good and efficient lawyer. We were particularly pleased that Giuseppe arranged for our furniture to be removed and our mail to be forwarded. This clearly went beyond our expectations and made our lives a lot easier. Chris was knowledgeable and accomodated our wishes to sell at a certain price even if this meant waiting a longer period of time to find a suitable buyer. The only reason for removing a star in this review is that when we received the property market updates, we were asked several times to consider lowering the asking price, although we had clearly discussed with Chris that we did not want to do so at that point in time. When speaking to Chris again, we were reassured. This may just be due to a lack of internal communication on the matter. After all, we were happy not to have lowered the asking price for the property and to have found the right buyer with Giuseppe's assistance. Despite this, our goal to sell before the end of the year was met, which leaves us very happy and grateful for the support. We would therefore recommend the KFH team for all Canada Water sales.

I made a very wise decision in choosing KFH to sell my property. Knowing that there are many agents in the Surrey Quays area, I wanted to pay slightly above market rate for a quality service and a strong London-wide visibility. I knew that my property would appeal to a relatively narrow niche market, and my good fortune in meeting Oliver as my first point of contact not only validated this, but also greatly encouraged me during our first lengthy discussion as it soon became clear that he was knowledgeable about the market locally in addition to having a sound grasp of the London market within the context of the UK economy. I felt listened to and confident that all my needs and concerns would be addressed. I expected, and received, direct, honest, proactive communication. I was not fed tired lines about the 'market forces' or given falsely cheery promises about my property's marketability. We agreed to a very strong list price which Ollie negotiated skilfully to achieve. He was able to match the perfect buyer to my property and that truly reflects professional expertise. When there was a potential challenge during a key stage in the negotiations, Ollie trusted me with the truth about the various possible outcomes, some not so favourable; this again demonstrated a trusting and professional client relationship. There were other KFH members, such as Ian, who willingly shared in arranging and conducting viewings. I was impressed by this coordinated team approach. I was also extremely pleased with KFH's approved conveyancing panel which linked me up with an excellent solicitor. This service gives KFH an enormous edge in my opinion as the cross-communication between them and solicitors from their approved panel ensured that the pace of the legal work went smoothly. KFH and Team Ollie at Canada Water: quality, visibility, professionalism, and true customer service!

Being first time buyers we were very lacking in the knowledge needed to buy a house. From the first meeting we found Oliver very friendly and approachable, never pushy. Always willing to work around our schedule. If we did not understand something he would do his best to inform us, sometimes even informing us about things we did not know we needed to know. He was also very supportive during the negotiation phase which most likely directly resulted in us getting a significantly better deal than we expected. Perhaps most surprising was that all of this excellent service was free! We had assumed that when you aren't paying for the service it would be a minimal effort thing or that the agent would be firmly on the side of the seller but to the contrary we felt that we received excellent service all round and would happily recommend Oliver to anyone looking to buy.
