GoogleI was searching for a flat for weeks and was finding it difficult to find a good flat. I went to multiple agents. Seamus Stanbury, from KFH, Canda Water, understood my requirement, he was very professional, honest and friendly. He showed me a flat which suited all my requirements and we finalized it the same day. Very helpful and warm person and for anyone looking for a flat, would highly recommend Seamus Stanbury.

Keith Elder was always very helpful, available to solve any problems and answer the millions of questions we had. During the viewings of our flat he was extremely professional and respectful and did his best to reach the sale price that we wanted.

GoogleOur experience with the KFH Canada Water was a really positive one. Mainly because of Seamus Stanbury who was fantastic throughout. This was through firstly listening to our needs when showing us our flat, but secondly helping us deal with admin throughout our 3 year tenure in our current place. Even at the end he dealt with our queries when moving timely, efficiently and friendly. The only issue was that we found another place through a friend and couldn’t use him again! Rebecca & Danny

I contacted the KFH office in Canada water after being recommended to speak with Lewis after he helped to find a property for my good friend from Singapore. Lewis made everything clear and got us to exchange of contracts within 3 days and recommended a fabulous solicitor who worked around the clock as we needed to move in by the beginning of 2020 Keep up the good work! GoogleHighly recommend them if you want your property to fall apart asap, and keep your tenants miserable! This company will find way to avoid taking any of the responsibilities, always seek way to do bare minimum while taking advantages of the tenants and the landlord. Truly evil and ill minded. They have been either ignoring or sending passive-aggressive emails to us with building management issue. Now the ceiling is falling apart, elevator never worked for two years, apartment is full of mice (we are catching one weekly).

Whoever is lucky to work with him can testify the same. For any rental needs, (letting or renting) I can strongly recommend him.
