GoogleShadane was brilliant from start to finish and really helped us as first time buyers with our move. He was flexible with viewings and supportive throughout the entire process. GoogleI have had good service throughout both sales and would instruct Anthony and his team again and will recommend them to others. Specifically, Anthony, Ashley, Mo and (before his redeployment) Gabriel were good guys to deal with. I liked that it was always possible to have a straightforward conversation with any of them. I might not have agreed with everything they said but I needed to hear honest and informed opinions. Well done and keep up the good work!

GoogleI recently sold a flat through KFH Canada Water and I would not recommend using them. I found the interaction with them very unpleasant and unhelpful. My agent was consistently condescending and uninterested. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable; I was shouted at over the phone, he frequently talked over me, and he refused to let me finish my sentences. His sole interest throughout appeared to be the buyer, who could not be inconvenienced at any cost, even to my own inconvenience, and he clearly forgot that he was supposed to be acting as my agent, which is extraordinary on reflection. Selling and buying properties is a stressful and emotional process and we had a fairly complex chain whereby we had to exchange and complete the purchase/sale of 3 properties simultaneously, involving multiple parties. It was a challenging transaction and had to be carefully managed by everyone involved. My agent was the least responsive/supportive of the group (and some way short of the other KFH agents acting on one of the other properties) and made very minimum contribution out of the 3 real estate agents that we worked with. When they did take up the reins it was to chivvy me into doing whatever the buyer needed, rather than supporting me as my sales agent. He has caused unnecessary frustration by putting pressure on me to conclude on the single sale when the whole chain was being delayed due to a factor outside of our control (another party in the chain was waiting for a mortgage offer). Rather than help me with the communications with my buyer, he threatened that that the buyer would pull out if I could not provide certainty on timing - in that particular conversation he imposed 3 hours to respond, which was completely unreasonable given the delay was not within my control. Clearly, he had no interest in anything other than getting his commission from selling my flat. At the end of the day, the delay was one week and during this already stressful time he only created more tension than help easing it. As soon as we finally completed on all 3 properties, we simultaneous had multiple calls from the real estate agents and our solicitors to say congratulations. My agent from KFH Canada Water was the only one who failed to do the same. This said a lot about how much the sale mattered to him.

Communication with Rianna was very clear and smooth from beginning to end. When I was making an offer, she tried to listen to my needs, as well as advice on the landlord's preferences - I thought she was highly skilful in these adjustments. GoogleRenting a new property means you are also probably having viewings at the flat you were previously in. This was the case for me so I had my fair share of interactions with agents from different offices. So naturally I compared them 😅 I couldn’t help but notice how professional and smoothly everything was with KFH (Karen Rawlings found the flat for us and handled all our requests and we couldn’t be happier) Everything was done on time, all our questions were answered, our requests were never ignored and finally we moved into a flat that is even better than what we expected. Also, since moving in we had a few more questions and requests and again all were handled brilliantly. Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

He has always and very rapidly been sending me emails with new properties available, following up often making sure i was not missing emails or opportunities. He has picked me up with his car, show me some gorgeous properties out in Canada Water area. Truly he is one of the best estate agents i have been served in my career and certainly in my time in London.. i 100% guarantee he is a great person to do business with or even have a friendly consultation with since he is extremely knowledgeable about the area and its profession. GoogleI've had the best experience finding my gorgeous new flat to rent with Mohammed at KFH. He has been extremely supportive and responsive throughout the whole process, as well as being very honest and transparent. Due to his extensive market knowledge and understanding of the landlord's and our priorities, Mohammed was incredibly helpful in advising how to best position our offer and always made sure we felt comfortable and aligned with everything that was happening. I've been renting in the UK for about 7 years now and I can honestly say this year has been the best experience I've had in the process to get a flat (also considering this summer post covid was particularly difficult for finding a flat to rent). Mohammed has been the reason for this smooth experience. I would give 6 stars if I could.

GoogleWe had been looking for a flat with my partner and wanted something that we could live in near our work and somewhere that we could live in for more than a year. Karen was really great at showing the flat and answering our questions either during a house viewing or via email. Always keeping us updated and suggesting places til we found a place in Deptford. The transaction has been amazing. She is really great and the whole process is been smooth with her. Do suggest her for any future house inquiries and moves. My only downfall is that the agent that we have been handed over (property manager) had not been as responsive and great. Sometimes, I do have to chase for the enquiries or to see what is the follow up. But, my experience has been good so far and would like to have Karen hopefully show us future moves if it comes to it.

GoogleI highly recommend the Canada Water KFH branch and, in particular, Mohammed Bhatti. Mohammed was so helpful when we were searching for a new flat to rent. He answered all our questions during our viewing and was quick to respond when we put in an offer, guiding us through the process the whole way. The first flat we put in an offer on fell through but Mohammed came up with an alternative solution and carried out a virtual viewing for us on WhatsApp as we were on holidays at the time. We are now delighted to be in our new home. Thanks Mohammed for turning what could have been a very stressful situation around and securing us an amazing place to live.

While me and my partner had very limited time due to our busy work schedules, Seamus was efficient and kept us up to date with what was coming and of relevance to our budget and criteria. We are very happy to say we are delighter with our new two bedroom flat with brand new bathroom and kitchen! Parking was arranged seamlessly and the cleaning and inventory arrangements very much top notch made our move as stress free as can be.
