GoogleI utilized the KFH letting service to let out my property. I dealt with Seamus and then Antony. I have worked with Seamus many times before and he is delightful to work with. Prior to this experience, I had not worked with Antony. I found Antony to be very helpful, proactive and reliable. I would recommend KFH and in particular both Antony and Seamus to landlords looking to rent out their properties.

GooglePositives: Professionalism, responsive, proactiveness, customized approach We only worked with Antony Botha from the KFH team and he was on top of things. As our budget was low and we had loads of needs it was getting very difficult to find any property suitable to our constraints. He helped us find a perfect property in the budget we needed. As the market is very hot, properties were going quickly, he proactively sent us all the new properties as soon as they are up in market. We are very delighted to find such a great property at such great price and good landlords. Thank you Antony and the KFH Canada Water team. -Trish

GoogleAntony is a really responsive agent, and knows the details of the properties he handles at the back of his hands! He is able to match up the needs of both landlord and tenant into a mutually beneficial. He remembered my search for the past month and immediate got in touch with me for a property which suited my requirement exactly and got all the paperwork through within days, and ready for my move. GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure working with Antony Botha at KFH while flat hunting and having to navigate one of the worse rental markets I’ve seen for years. Antony has been so supportive and professional throughout going above and beyond. I sincerely appreciated his guidance and depth of knowledge. Based on my experience, I’d be more than happy to work with KFH again.

GoogleMy experience with KFH in Maple Quays has been excellent from the very start. Brooke Williams showed me several properties and provided all the information required. She was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I would like to recommend her to anyone looking for a property as it’s not often you meet someone with such passion, pride and professionalism.

GoogleWe have just sold our property with KFH after it had been on the market for over a year. The market has been difficult with Brexit and COVID. We were with a different agent but transfered to KFH in the last few months to just give a refresh for a final, short try of 8 weeks before we thought to give up on selling it. The team have worked extremely hard on getting viewings and they respected what we wanted to get out of the sale. They were honest and professional and always gave us timely communication, which was very important to us. We want to particularly thank Anthony Finn and Laurence Dengate for working so hard on our behalf and getting it through the finish line.

GoogleI haven't visited the location, but have dealt with KFH Canada Water recently while looking for a property. They are good, professional, helpful and friendly. Gabriel met us on time, was respectful of our needs and social distancing guidelines and knew the answer to most questions. On the phone, Anthony was helpful, and didn't bother us with intrusive follow-up calls beyond what was needed. All requested information was provided promptly. Frankly, the experience with KFH Canada Water has been very positive (especially as compared to less than stellar real estate agents I've dealt with at other times). Would recommend and would use again.

GoogleI worked with Mohammed Bhatti of KFH Canada Water. Extremely professional and helpful. He was adaptable, understanding of circumstances, and was critical in helping us find a flat within our budget and location in a very tight rental market. Best experience I have had in London with an estate agent - would recommend Mohammed's assistance to any prospective renters looking in south/southeast London.
