GoogleFrom the very start of the process of selling my flat in Rotherhithe; Samuel, Marcus and the KFH Canada Water team were incredibly helpful and responsive. They are proactive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the market; which is invaluable right now. Compared to other experiences I have had with estate agents around SE16, this was 5 stars +; I would strongly recommend working with the KFH team if you're considering selling or renting in the area.

From the start Rianna noted our requirements and worked effortlessly to ensure we completed our move in a timely manner. Her attention to detail, agility, proactiveness, politeness and helpfulness has been incredible. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. KFH’s Portal is also really good and easy to use and helped a swift referencing and vetting process which led to a swift move in. Once again, many thanks to Rianna, you are awesome! Looking forward to starting my tenancy in a beautiful apartment all thanks to Rianna and the team.

Every single time I had a question she answered it efficiently and honestly. During such a difficult time in our lives she truly made us feel at such ease and I couldn’t thank her enough. The rent market is already tough and Karen made things so easy for us. Even when I changed my move in date to a week earlier than expected she somehow worked her magic and made it happen for us. GoogleAwful experience….was messed around right from the start, but then for things to get a whole lot worse when I had to be put through to Rianna the assistant manager about a property I was interested in…she was rude, had a bad attitude, unprofessional and 0 telephone manner. I felt like it was a chore to have to even speak to her. The property that I was originally interested in had gone up in price (pcm) to what it originally was which she couldn’t explain why!! When I finally got a call back from her to question a few things regarding my offer and holding deposit she just hung up the phone and cut me off mid conversation with no call back or anything!!! What a great asset to the company.

In a tough market we both worked very hard and during this pairing I understood that he has great mix of honesty, politeness and professionalism. GoogleMassive thank you to Shadane! To be honest as a foreigner here you really need to know all the details before you go in for a new home. Shadane was the first estate agent that I met and since day one he was always honest and upfront with me. And knowing my situation he guided me on how the system works in this country. It was serendipitous that he eventually became the person who helped me find a place that met my needs. And because of the tight schedule he also ensured that he kept chasing the right people to ensure things were met in time. I hope he continues to be as honest and grounded as he climbs the ladder at KFH and I’m sure whoever works with him will be so pleased they have him on their team. 11/10 for Shadane🙌🏽

He was proactive, kind, thoughtful, and an exceptional communicator. Marcus is an absolute star, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had him manage our sale. We cannot recommend him highly enough. In all honesty, I've never dealt with such a great estate agent. It's no wonder he's the Sales Branch Director at KFH Canada Water Branch!

GoogleAll I can say is KFH is a brilliant company. From start to finish Karen was absolutely helpful and made me and my mother's dreams come true. We had obstacles and we were finding it difficult to find somewhere but thanks to Karen it all worked out. Amazing communication, professionalism and transparency all throughout. GoogleOverall very stratified. Friendly staff, nice Bot, good service and range of choices. Worked with Karen Rawlings on both moving out and finding new property to rent. Karen is great and dedicated professional who always provided timely response and was a great support which was curtail in our case as we needed a new property ASAP. People like her is the reason I'm going to stay with KFH and recommend them.
