Being first time buyers we were very lacking in the knowledge needed to buy a house. From the first meeting we found Oliver very friendly and approachable, never pushy. Always willing to work around our schedule. If we did not understand something he would do his best to inform us, sometimes even informing us about things we did not know we needed to know. He was also very supportive during the negotiation phase which most likely directly resulted in us getting a significantly better deal than we expected. Perhaps most surprising was that all of this excellent service was free! We had assumed that when you aren't paying for the service it would be a minimal effort thing or that the agent would be firmly on the side of the seller but to the contrary we felt that we received excellent service all round and would happily recommend Oliver to anyone looking to buy.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service by KFH Canada Water. Not only our sales negotiator Ian Doyle provided a very professional service and showed a lot of commitment in making sure the whole process went well, the rest of the people we've contacted in his absence were always helpful. One aspect I think distinguished KFH from the other agents we contacted with is that they present their services and let you make your decision without being pushy or annoying. My wife and I recently used KFH for the sale of our property in Canada water. We went through a stressful transaction where our initial buyer pulled out shortly prior to exchange of contracts (through no fault of KFH) and at the same time we were under immense pressure from a property developer from whom we were purchasing to hit specific deadlines. Overall, the team, led by Chris Early were very supportive through the process. KFH secured a second buyer within a matter of weeks, at asking price, which is impressive even in a strong market and testament to their book of potential buyers. Our sales negotiator, Giuseppe Messina, was excellent. We put a lot of pressure on him to provide updates more frequently than would typically be expected and chase the buyers solicitors. He was responsive, professional, courteous and calm throughout. He also provided his insight and advice on how to handle the property developer which really helped to provide us with the perspective we needed in a highly charged situation. KFH have a strong team at the Canada Water office and I would definitely recommend them.

Ian was courteous, patient and helpful. As first time homebuyers, he led us through the process efficiently and was there to guide each parties request through quickly to complete on time. KFH's rule of having the property listed on the website throughout the process was an issue with us. The seller was happy to take it down so we could be comfortable with it not being marketed, but KFH would not. Overall good to work with and attentive.

If I could rate these people 0* I would. As a former tenant, they couldn’t care less about you. The staff will ignore emails, give wrong advice, and are just downright rude. Hopefully other branches are better, but KFH Canada Water definitely need to do better. Staff need retraining… and just learn how to be better people tbh. Property manager never responded to any emails, never showed up for property inspections despite making me stay at home (I know they can come whilst nobody is home but I didn’t feel comfortable with that). On the phone, they will hang up on you mid sentence. Accounts team would sign their automated emails saying something along the lines of ‘please respond to this email if you have any queries/have trouble paying’ etc but would then proceed to ignore every email sent. Did a terrible job of communicating between tenant and landlord to the point I had to track the landlord down myself and directly communicate with them.
