GoogleVery good service from the lettings team at KFH Canada Water. They are very accurate with their valuations and Gerard leads the team extremely well. Haydar has been very proactive and has kept me informed during the whole process. Called their office a few times and they always returned my call with answers to my queries.

GoogleI was impressed with KFH letting experience in terms of how fast they managed to find a rental at the price i asked for. However, I was incredibly dissapointed with their managing of the property. Anything that needed to be arranged, had to be pushed on by me - painting works, electricity certificate, collection of agreed water charges from the tenant... No apology about delays or any issues, just a matter of fact statement that electrician didn't reply to them for a few months and that's why I don't have an EICR certificate yet, tenant didn't reply for 6 months and that's why water charges weren't collected. No attempt to follow up or raise with me. I haven't had an issue with any emergencies at my property, so can't tell whether they would show initiative there. Edit: just found three years after they stopped managing it or doing any business with me, they still held on to my flat keys. And now requesting that I come in person to collect them. Downgraded to 1 star. (They asked me whether I want to let with them again…)

GoogleShameless con artists with hidden fees everywhere. So useless at their jobs I had to get TDS involved to get my deposit back and contact head office to get the property manager to do her job as the shower was broken for the 1st 8 weeks of us moving in despite us reporting it on day 1. Get EVERYTHING in writing as they will promise anything to rent a property. The landlords actually got in touch with us as they were so embarrassed that we'd been without a fridge for 3 weeks, despite us having a new baby that needed milk stored. Avoid if at all possible.

GoogleHad a lovely personalised experience with the lettings process with Karen Rawlings from the KFH Canada Water team. She is super caring, friendly and kind. Made sure everything in our move in process went smoothly. Honestly she truly sets an example of how a lettings agent should be like, considering the tough rental market she was honest, very helpful and we are so glad she was our lettings agent! Also wanted to give credit to Seamus from the same team when he conducted our first viewing, lovely agent and was very understanding on our circumstances with the tough rental market. Definitely recommend KFH!

GoogleWhile the team did manage to sell my apartment throughout the process it felt like they were working more for the buyer than for me. I got weekly phone calls telling me that the buyer was threatening to pull out and asking why it was taking so long to get things moving, but when the buyer was holding things up I never heard from them. On the day of completion they weren’t even aware we were completing and didn’t tell me I had to meet with them to drop off the keys.

GoogleI would not recommend using KFH. I spent a painful 3-4 months trying to sell my flat in Limehouse before switching to Rubicon and achieving a quick sale at a much higher price. I found KFH to be slow to communicate and ineffective at achieving a sale. I had previously rented my flat through KFH lettings for several years and also found the experience very underwhelming - honestly I think it's better to manage your property yourself.

GoogleKFH gave a realistic market valuation and set about finding buyers in a methodical way - always open to discussion and review of the marketing approach. Keith Elder secured offers and was supportive through the negotiation to the point of the final buyer's offer being accepted. He really went the extra mile supporting a painful negotiation with the buyers lawyer to the point of exchange of contracts. As a finishing touch he had some furniture removed after a charity failed to collect on completion. All in all a brilliant service.
