GoogleNicol Smith and management at KFH has been extremely disappointing. The maintenance manager has failed to organize essential property cleaning before our moving-in date, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, they have consistently postponed addressing both important and emergency maintenance issues, leaving us in a difficult and frustrating situation. Communication with the property management has been particularly poor. They refuse to acknowledge the problems we report, often speaking over us and diverting the conversation to lectures about manners rather than addressing the issues at hand. This dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness are unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice, as the maintenance management’s ineptitude and lack of communication make for an incredibly frustrating living experience

GoogleI worked with a lovely agent named Rianna who helped me to find my rental property. She was so professional and so understanding of my wants and needs and helped to answer every question I had. I had so many doubts about if I would be able to find something and without her help I don’t think I would have! She made it such an enjoyable experience and I would ask for her help again a million times over. Highly recommend!

Tenants were found and we accepted within a very short period of advertising. Very impressive and a great experience.

GoogleAwful estate agent.. was trying to arrange viewings for our flat although we had tested positive for Covid. Gabriel was extremely rude and he even come to the flat and tried to enter on a day that had not been booked for a viewing! Lied about sending emails to confirm the viewing. Just a horrible character.

GoogleWe instructed KFH to sell our property in Surrey Quays. Chris was very helpful in developing the marketing plan and pricing, but Nigel was the star of the show. This sale process had everything- Brexit price chip, long chain, incompetent solicitors at the top of the chain and the birth of our first child. We believe the sale simply wouldn't have happened without Nigel's tireless efforts, reassurances and advice. Thank you.

We've also been very happy with their recommendation of solicitors - worth the extra money. We have enjoyed a professional and pleasant service. Would recommend to buy through KFH and would do it again.

Since doing viewings for as long as one year as well as facilitating and clarifying things during the buying process. He is an excellent property agent, friendly, know his job and fair with both parties (buyer - seller). I highly recommended Jonathan for somebody looking to buy a property in the Canada Water area.
