GoogleA year on from our first engagement with kfh and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We got to see a few very competitive and fitting properties because kfh helped us snap up the one that our hearts were set on. Everything then on went very smoothly thanks to Lawrence and team.

GoogleHad a viewing with them this week. Agent was beyond rude. On the phone 80% of the time and completely consumed by the various phone calls. Gave wrong information and left the property in a hurry.

GoogleVery disappointing experience with KFH in Canada Water while selling our property. At start, their branch manager does an overly ambitious pitch and lock you in at a very high price. This might have worked during an upbeat market to manipulate the prices up, but it doesn't help you in a downward market. Soon after that, you realize they don't have any key differentiator or any clever strategy behind it. Worst of all, they do not hesitate to lie to you. When we churned from them, they claimed a viewing took place, although we had a written evidence from them that it didn't happen. They promised they were going to provide further evidence, but never did. Completely lost our confidence. Everyone can sell in an upbeat market, while good agents prove themselves in difficult markets. Don't let these guys manipulate you and waste your time.

GoogleI have my apprehensions dealing with agents but Karen Rawlings at KFH proved me wrong! She is a professional and a sweetheart who guided and helped me through out the process and been very patient with every question / doubt I threw at her. She even took time out of her busy schedule and organised another viewing upon my request, which she is not obliged to do so ! This shows her conviction and care for all parties involved !
