Any issues, like mistakes in the contract, were addressed immediately. We're happy with their service, with special thanks to Paige who was very helpful and professional.

GoogleKFH found me a flat when I was desperate and they got the sale through quickly. The estate agent I dealt with, Lewis, listened to my requirements and explained why I should look at a flat that I had not been interested in seeing. Two months later and I'm living in that flat! I found Lewis to be efficient, professional and extremely friendly. I wish all estate agents were like this!

GoogleHad a property under their management a rental since March 2020 and we still don’t have hot water unless we use the boost button which means we pay double than we should for our bills because they won’t fix the boiler and just keep blaming anyone else with the issue. I will NEVER use kfh when I look to buy a property in the next few years I can’t wait to leave this lovely flat which could be a long term rental but won’t be as now we’re desperate to leave

GoogleKFH has a good process up until you get the keys then everything seems to slow down to rare responses back. Been waiting for 2 weeks (still ongoing) to get various items removed from the previous tenants. Additionally the deep clean they organise is more of a basic clean rather a deep clean. Carpets / upholstery etc which are all mentioned in the contract to get deep cleaned wasn't adhered to. Update - they've mentioned in their contract they'll clean everything to a high standard and then they went back on their word soon after the tenancy begun. So now I'm here sat thinking what else will be changed throughout the contract if they can't even fulfill what they signed on the contract. Wouldn't recommend.

GoogleMy brother has been a client of KFH Canada Water for over a decade and recommended their services to me when I wanted to rent my property in Rotherhithe. I was very pleased with the outstanding service received from Caroline Duvergier and Melissa Acevedo. Both are very helpful and responsive. Also, I was extremely impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism; They ensured that my list of requirements was met (Proof of excellent internal comms). They managed to find tenants for our flat within a week, and I can confidently say that they are the best estate agency in the area. Highly recommended. Steven

GoogleI was in need to relocate and I was very doubtful whether to remain with KFH as I was coming from a quite sad experience with both landlords and property managers (slow response if not even none, ages to vital maintenance issues). I visited the agency to discuss my notice and I was assisted by Seamus who was very helpful. Later I came across a studio and Seamus arranged a viewing. The only reason why I signed the contract once more with KFH is basically because of him. I had the flat at a very good price, he's been helpful, super kind, he constantly gave me updates and he did his best to have my requirements taken on-board by the landlord. The renting process was smooth and easy, he even helped me with the zero deposit form. I have been impressed by his professionality and by his attention to my requests and my previous flat history. He's a very great asset and contribution to KFH, the new tenancy has started in a completely different way, I've also found my new property manager (Kelly Mahon) to be more available and quick in dealing with my requests (I keep still wondering though if property managers are in the office sometimes because they hardly answer at the phone). I have given 4 stars and not 5 just because it's the beginning and what happened during the last three years tenancy had an impact on my trust towards the agency.

GoogleWe are working with KFH to rent our first place together. We have been working with Antony who has been an excellent agent for us and showed us the property exactly that matches our requirements. Further he gave us an honest advice on what would be a good offer to make, and has been very calm in communicating back despite numerous hurdles we have been having to get the property locked down. I would recommend him and KFH if you are looking to move in and around Canada Water.

GoogleHad experience renting flat with Rianna Watson, everything was smooth until moving in dates. Received dirty dusty flat with old mattresses broken furniture. For some reason agency decided to make cleaning later after moving in and refusing to remove dirty mattresses and broken furniture. Be careful with this agency and confirm everything before moving in.

GoogleA fantastic, professional and friendly service is offered at KFH. The staff cannot do enough to help. With Jonathan, I have sold and bought my properties through KFH. I cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough, his support, through what was a very long process, was exceptional.
