GoogleI'm personally sceptical of many estate agents, as many of us are, but I've been working with a Sales Negotiator bay the name of Gabriel Ajakaiye, who I cannot recommend highly enough. It's fair to say he breaks the mould and in recent months has provided very open, honest and pragmatic advice, even when it has not suited his own agenda. As a first time buyer he has been patient and reassuring, bearing the bulk of my stupid questions and as a whole I trust him more than I imagined I would trust any estate agent. If you are looking to buy a property - in particular - I cannot recommend him highly enough and would suggest reaching out to him personally.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRude staff who do not care about you unless you're renting an expensive property. Didn't care about our experience as young professionals in a first-time renting in London position and made things way harder then they needed to be. They also misplaced paperwork, were unresponsive and unapologetic. Due to incorrect information they had given us, we didn't know 2 days before the proposed move-in-date if we were actually able to. Avoid. At the end of the tenancy they removed money from our deposit without a report as to why and it then took months to resolve this. This was also again due to an error on their end. I doubt the landlords got a penny of what was taken out of that deposit - and that it went straight into their property. I also raised a formal complaint about all of this and was ignored. They couldn't say how they will avoid anything like this happening in future either. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had with any company ever. AVOID.

GoogleI have been REALLY impressed with the professional, responsive, pro-active service from KFH when selling my flat in Surrey Quays. The whole team is impressive but particular "shout-outs" to, Anthony, Laurence, Lewis and Michaela. I cannot recommend the team highly enough if you are thinking about selling in the Canada Water/Surrey Quays area. They have really in-depth knowledge of the area; up to date advice (backed up with lots of evidence and justification) on the best pricing strategy (which they keep under regular review); and a good book of buyers which are properly vetted. Furthermore, they are really proactive at keeping in touch and very quick to return emails and calls. Definitely (and very highly) recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBought a house through KFH Canada Water. Really happy with the entire experience. I've had contact with the KFH Canada Water branch for years, as my property search had spanned over 3 or 4 years (Brexit, sigh). KFH has consistently been one of the best agencies I've been in contact with in the area, even before my final purchase. They know their stuff, have great properties on the books, are really quick and on the ball re getting me in for viewings, and all of the agents I've interacted with over the years have also been very straightforward and not overly sales-y to me (which frankly would have put me off as I do my own research a lot anyway). I've always felt like I could trust them to give a straight opinion about where any particular property is on the market (what a skill in sales!). In my final round of property hunting, Mo Ahmed in particular was really on the ball re getting me out for viewings. Several time he'd call me up mid week to let me know he had a good candidate property fresh to the market - I don't usually schedule viewings outside weekends due to work but he did somehow convince me to come out to see these properties, and it was never a waste of my time, and I never came away from any of those experience feeling pushed. I'd be quite happy to sell a place in the future through these guys, cos they were really active in getting me in as a buyer, and helping to get everything across the line.

GoogleGood agency to go with when looking for a place to rent. I was searching for a flat for quite a while as had some specific requests, so dealt with loads of agencies. KFH regularly checked in with me whenever something interesting came up on the market. Eventually for the flat I ended up renting I was dealing with Haydar and I’m very happy with the service. He was professional and acted quickly, managed to clear all my questions to the landlord within a day. After the offer has been accepted, he made sure the rest of the process goes smoothly, continued to promptly answer any of my queries and also helped with some furnishings and checkin. GoogleMohammed with KFH was amazing! Not only helping us navigate through a crazy London housing market, but also helping us fit viewings around a complicated shift pattern. And to top it all off managed to secure us an amazing home! Lots of stress removed from the process thanks to the help of Mohammed! Will definitely use them again when we have to move

GoogleHugely disappointing. During tenancy KFH took 4 months to fix a flooring issue despite numerous reminders, and 1 month to replace a faulty shower head. Post tenancy, they have taken an unacceptable amount of time to arrange the return of the deposit which is still outstanding. We contacted KFH multiple times about this with unsatisfactory replies.
