I recently sold my flat through KFH in Canada Water. As with most property transactions, nothing is ever straight-forward. I encountered numerous hurdles in the process, some of them rather unusual. Yet I had the team at KFH (Karyna Ivanova gets a special mention here) expertly navigating these obstacles with me. I was always kept informed and I never encountered any issues with getting questions answered and negotiations accomplished. It was truly a joy having this team behind my back.

Facing a move to London to work and having to find somewhere to live a daunting prospect my fears were soon unfounded. Seamus sent me properties that matched my requirements, almost on a daily basis. I recently used KFH Canada Water to sell my one bed property in the area. I chose between a number of different agents and decided on KFH as I thought they came across as the most professional and realistic. I'm very happy with my choice. The sale involved a number of tough negotiations (including nearby developments and Brexit) and the process was also dragged out due to some bureaucratic obstacles (which has nothing to do with KFH). KFH and Chris Rowe in particular did an excellent job in handling this process. They were professional, organised, and good at communicating. I'm also happy with the solicitor they recommended. Overall an excellent job!

Sam has recently helped us with a new tenancy. During the marketing period, Sam called every week to provide an update and market movement. Once a potential tenant indicated interest, Sam did her best to promote it and built trust with the potential tenants. Sam also kept us informed of progress and tenants' requirements throughout. Her hard work secured us the tenancy. Sam also dealt with the out-going tenants professionally. We are extremely impressed with Sam's professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. We must admit we didn't expect this level of service and attitude from an estate agent. Our experience with Sam and KFH has definitely raised the expectation and makes it very difficult for us to deal with other estate agents now. We find KFH team as a whole very reliable, efficient and professional. You get things done for us. What more can we ask for. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. When I started my flat-buying I assumed I'd be handled by sharks and snakes at a myriad of awful estate agent companies. With KFH, I was completely surprised to find the opposite. I worked with a very nice and considerate man called Giuseppe Messina, so if he's your agent, you're in luck! Before exchanging I was given access to the property a total of 6 times, with no difficulty in working out times. He was really helpful in that sense, but also in getting information that I needed about the flat and in speeding up the process of exchanging when the solicitors were too busy. So, great job Giuseppe and KFH. This has been a surprisingly stress-free and positive experience. Keep up the good work, and keep setting a better standard for estate agents.

My partner and I have been really impressed with the service and help available at KFH. From the start Jackie, our agent, went out of her way to find us a suitable flat, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Whenever there was a new flat available to view, or a question relating to our tenancy offer, Jackie and the rest of the KFH team would always update us really quickly. If you're thinking about using an agency to find a flat in the SE16 area, we couldn't recommend KFH highly enough.

Renting can be daunting experience especially with what you can hear on the grape vine. We narrowed our search to SE16/SE1 We dealt with both the KFH London bridge office and KFH Canada Water branch. In the end we managed to secure a modern new build relatively close to Canada Water station due to Seamus part the Canada Water team. Everything ran really smoothly from the first point of contact to the move in/hand over with the landlord.

Deceptive. Worst agent experience (and I had many). Please go for any other agent (landlords frequently advertise their properties with several agents at a time) but them. Literally any other in the area (I had incomparably better experience with just a random local agent which had white bad reviews; anything is better than KFH Canada Water really). Their unprofessionalism and lack of honour to admit their mistake had cost me a great home.
