Seamus Stanbury MARLA helped me and advised the best flat to rent according to my financial situation and need as nurse who need a quite neighbor to rest even during the day. He helped me to fill the document and has been available even after the sign of contract.

GoogleIt is true that the process of buying a property is quite stressful, but we were grateful that Karyna helped us through the process as she was very trustworthy, never pushy and very responsive and helpful, making it more manageable. Even after we had finalised the purchase she was still very approachable and willing to help out. We're very grateful for her support during the whole process and would absolutely recommend.

GoogleSlow or no response at all, worst experience with an agency ever. Certain staff are extremely rude and whenever you have a problem, you might get a response "I don't care". It is really sad for such a big agency. I can't tell if it's the branch itself but in the last years they honestly don't seem to care about their customers.

GoogleExtremely Rude and Unprofessional. Made an appointment for their manager to come round for valuation of my property. Not only no one showed up but also when I called them the person tried to insult my intelligence by making silly excuses instead of apologising for their shortcoming. When I tried to explain the errors of his way, he put the phone down!

GoogleBy far the worst estate agents I've ever encountered, they illegally entered my property without permission, broke my window then denied all knowledge and laughed when I went to complain. Incompetent, rude and disrespectful only begin to describe them.
