GoogleDespite finding a property elsewhere on this occasion, KFH Canada Water have been helpful throughout. They have been flexible with viewings (especially with less than 24h notice) and provided detailed information on request. In addition, during a property valuation, they were courteous and thorough. Having previously purchased a property with them in 2018, I would recommend the branch to others!

GoogleWe were looking for houses around Canada Water and Jonathan from here had helped us alot. He was knowledgeable about the area, honest and didn't try sell us something we weren't interested in (something you don't typically get from sales agents). He also recommended us to great mortgage brokers - who didn't charge a fortune and took time to understand our circumstances. Would recommend if you want good service.

Samantha Richardson, our agent, has been extremely responsive, providing regular (unprompted) updates re progress and picking up the phone / responding emails on the spot all the time. We got a fair price given the relatively short time frame and the period when we put the property on the market

Seamus did his outmost to help us find a new tenant for our property when it became available last year. Great service!

GoogleUseless letting agency, when the landlord decided also to change them for another agency they terminated all my utilities accounts even if the knew I was staying in the property and even if these have been opened by me on my name. And had to pay closing fee for some of them…

In addition, KFH can also provide the professional advice and good service during the subsequent process such as tenancy agreement review, payment…etc. I will recommend the KFH if anyone intend to rent or let his property.

Regular check ins to see where I was with my search and then how I was getting along with the actual purchase really gave me the confidence that this is a quality estate agent.

GoogleReally pleased at my experience with KFH. They handled everything really smoothly with no hassle. We had Jackie helping us and she was amazing. Quick with replies and so friendly. We was looking around with other estate agents for a month and couldn't finalise on anything but with KFH, we put a offer in and everything went through so easy. Will be recommending them to everyone.
