GoogleI used KFH as a different, local EA had not found a tenant for my flat after 6 weeks. I was very impressed with communication, viewings were booked within an hour of signing up and Seamus found a tenant within a day. Everything can be viewed online which makes the process much quicker and was very reassuring given previous experiences.
