GoogleOur block is managed by KFH and I’ve been waiting more than 4 years to get a floor fixed. The cleaning service is pretty poor and our block is in a pretty bad condition. I would never reccomend this company as block managers.

GoogleAnthony Botha at the Canada water branch was so helpful with the process, I was so confused being an international student looking for a place to stay and he made the process much easier and was very communicative. He was very reassuring and kept in contact with me throughout the time I was looking. I really recommend KFH they’re super hands on and very understanding and helpful

GoogleFantastic professional service from Chris who I initially spoke to and Giuseppe who listened to us and worked with us to find the right property for our family. I don’t normally post reviews but we are so grateful to KFH for helping us find our family home that I feel I must. Not only did Giuseppe listen to us and identify properties that worked for us he was also available throughout the tranasaction to make it as painless as possible. Thank you KFH, Canada Water.

GoogleI have been a client of KFH in Canada Water for over 5 years. They are a pleasure to work with. Most recently, my case was handled by Paige Lawrence. We really appreciate all the help and advise Paige gave i.e. she knew the painting works will take about 5 days, she went down to see the new tenants when it was required, she spoke to the concierge for cleaning options. It is not a straightforward job as one often gets caught been demanding tenants and equally unmoving landlords! Thank you for being there with us and with the tenants during this sensitive transition. It is much appreciated.

GoogleWell where do I start .... from the moment we walked in through the doors at KFH in Canada Water we was greeted by the cheerful and euphoric smile from Lewis in the sales team, he was proactive and knowledgeable in showing us an array of properties in the area, my self and my partner had reservations in starting this process with such a big agency but Lewis reflected that estate agents are humans too! GoogleRidiculous they ask for a 1-day charge of rent just out of a wording game! We confirmed the end of lease date the same as the date we pay the rent each month. But no one ever told us before confirmation that the day is actually counted but not the night before. Why on earth would we pay for the one additional day given that we actually move out two days earlier to that? It was out of goodwill that we end the lease by the end of month sharp... then on contrary heard from them such an unfair and unnecessary treatment. It is really a frustrating and disappointing process negotiating back and forth. Such an unnecessary waste of time.

GoogleWe have one person to thank for finding our property that we rent and that’s Seamus from KFH. He convinced us to go and look around even though we had 100% decided we didn't want to rent in that particular area. We fell in love with the house within seconds and six weeks later we moved in. At no point was Seamus pushy, the communication between us and the landlord was first class and he dealt with all of our questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you for helping us find our ideal home.

GoogleWe rented our place in Canada Water recently and I have to say Seamus from the Canada Water branch did an absolute fantastic job throughout the entire process. From the due diligence on the offer received, following up with the tenants side when required, obtaining the required information and communicating it effectively to the last minute curve balls it was all handled perfectly. Most importantly remaining patient with us during the process and being a superb conduit between all parties involved.

GoogleMe and my wife have been working closely with the Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward team to find us new tenants for our apartment. On the point of valuation they provided great with comparable properties to show us what could be reasonably achieved. They touched base and conveyed great feedback 2 - 3 times a week. Seamus and Louise worked tirelessly to process the tenancy agreements to our specification and requirements. We will be using and recommending this agency in the future to all.

GoogleDuring our property search we have met quite a few estate agents, but Karyna Ivanova from KFH is by far the best. She understood our needs and carefully selected properties to meet our criteria. She kept us informed about available flats and was so knowledgeable about the properties, the areas and all the background. Finally she showed us our dream home, and was more than helpful during the whole process before and until completion. Thanks a lot, Karyna.

GoogleThe staff were very courteous and efficient, both at the start of the process and throughout. They found me a buyer within a week and Ian, who was handling the case, was constantly pushing all parties concerned in order to move things along. The process dragged on longer than expected due to circumstances beyond their control (council taking ages to grant a licence for alterations, despite both Ian and myself pushing them), and the first buyer pulled out shortly before exchange. Despite this frustration, they were able to find me another buyer again within a week, and this time (with the licence now already granted) things went very smoothly and quickly.
