GoogleCompletely unprofessional experience! We paid a holding deposit within hours after being asked in late July. Signed the contract within a day a couple of weeks later and 5 days before moving in in September and after had stopped looking for a place for at least a month they tell us landlord never signed the contract and current tenants don't wanna leave.

GoogleI was in need to relocate and I was very doubtful whether to remain with KFH as I was coming from a quite sad experience with both landlords and property managers (slow response if not even none, ages to vital maintenance issues). I visited the agency to discuss my notice and I was assisted by Seamus who was very helpful. Later I came across a studio and Seamus arranged a viewing. The only reason why I signed the contract once more with KFH is basically because of him. I had the flat at a very good price, he's been helpful, super kind, he constantly gave me updates and he did his best to have my requirements taken on-board by the landlord. The renting process was smooth and easy, he even helped me with the zero deposit form. I have been impressed by his professionality and by his attention to my requests and my previous flat history. He's a very great asset and contribution to KFH, the new tenancy has started in a completely different way, I've also found my new property manager (Kelly Mahon) to be more available and quick in dealing with my requests (I keep still wondering though if property managers are in the office sometimes because they hardly answer at the phone). I have given 4 stars and not 5 just because it's the beginning and what happened during the last three years tenancy had an impact on my trust towards the agency.

GooglePlease avoid using KFH at all costs if you can help it. They are an absolute nightmare and do not care about your wellbeing with regards to their properties. PLEASE AVOID. We moved into a flat near Surrey Quays in September last year - KFH lost our personal details several times before we even had the keys. We went to concierge who were not aware we were moving in, the place was not deep cleaned as promised beforehand, and we had missing tiles in one of the bathrooms that are still not fixed despite asking six times over four months. Our lightbulbs have blown in one of the bathrooms and we've asked for advice on this several times. Again, no response or solutions from KFH. The worst issue to top all of this off is bed bugs. We moved into a flat that had bed bugs already infesting the rooms without our knowledge. We've now had to try and deal with this problem for FOUR MONTHS with no help from KFH. We've paid for four treatments ourselves and are now having to get another heat treatment out of our own pocket. It has been awful. We've tried formally complaining but KFH is completely uncommunicative, dismissive, and simply do not care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. We love the flat itself but the awful treatment has made us want to leave as soon as we possibly can. Disgraceful company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have had an excellent experience with KFH and this has been in large part to Antony Botha. I wanted to rent my property and he was efficient and effective in marketing and finding a tenant before the property was even on the market. Antony responded quickly to any questions I had. He made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly easy. If you need to rent a property, I highly recommend him.
