The guys at KFH, especially Chris and Dan, were tremendous when we were in a domestic crisis with our rented flat at the time and needed to find a new place to rent in double quick time. It was less than a 24h span for seeing a place, to getting a rejection, to Chris suggesting a new place, to getting the offer accepted! And Dan helped with getting all paperwork through in less than 24h from then on. I worked with Annabel Hauswirth to sell my flat. Annabel was professional, proactive and dynamic to ensure that the Sale of my Flat went through. I dealt with a few people at KFH to help find me a tenant for our London flat. Victoria, Dan, Chris, Rachel and Devan were all very lovely and polite to deal with. A tenant was found quickly considering we were in the middle of lockdown which I very much appreciated. There were some surprise fees when it was time to sign the paperwork however Dan was very gracious in sorting things out to a satisfactory conclusion which was refreshing. All in all a positive experience.

Thanks for all KFH efforts to get my property sold. It was a frustrating sale at times but I've little doubt it would have been more so without Paul Michael and his team's input and constant chasing the Buyer's solicitor etc and indeed their excellent proactive partnership with my efficient solicitor (Jasmine at Comptons, Camden Parkway). With the benefit of hindsight my regret is that I didn't engage KFH earlier. How Paul goes about his business is a credit to the company and the sector. I'd readily use you again.

This week I moved from the US and locating and setting up a flat weighed heavily on my mind. After long hours of searching, I narrowed an ideal property and sent an inquiry. Within an hour Valentino contacted me in the U.S. and we started a great conversation. Given that a "sight unseen" deal is risky, Valentino offered to go to the property, send me some pictures, and then we did a real time video walkthrough - what an ideal way to showcase the flat! Upon my arrival to London Valentino set up another tour and helped me through the tenant agreement process with precision and patience, guiding me each step given my unfamiliarity with UK tenancy laws. Within a day the deal was done! I highly recommend Valentino should you find yourself in a similar situation, or just needing a new flat for a change of venue.
