GoogleIn September 2022 I put a flat up for rental with KFH St John's Wood. I dealt with Amanda Larsson who understood immediately the type of Tenant I was looking for, and in fact found her within a week. Unfortunately the flat suffered flooding from above, but Amanda hung in there and the Tenant was finally able to move in during December. Amanda was not only extremely professional but showed kindness throughout. I must also mention that Alex Newman at the branch was also helpful and kind. Very impressed and recommend.

GoogleI had the good fortune of dealing with Ali Mojdeh on my purchase of a flat in NW8. Ali was extremely professional, cordial and helpful in seeing the transaction through. I nearly pulled out of the transaction as my my mortgage application fell through and Ali was completely understanding and supportive. Instead of being disappointed and annoyed at losing the sale from his perspective, he worked on finding me a mortgage broker who was very good and delivered an even more attractive deal than my previous broker. We exchanged on the property yesterday and it has been all made possible by Ali's dedication and willingness to go beyond beyond. Thank you Ali.

Both the manager Paul Michael and the agent who handled my sale Ali Mojdeh gave me excellent service throughout the process. Ali regularly called me about what was happening, kept the buyer informed of the progress and went the extra mile on at least several occasions. They were both perfect from the beginning to the end of the procedure. Their experience in their job was clearly visible: everything was straightforward. I did not see any property that did not fill my criteria. They had the answers to all the questions I had. I would even say they were always one step ahead of me, informing me of the responses to these questions I was thinking about but did not even have the time to ask. Furthermore, they were always so friendly and kind, a priceless point considering dealing with a move can be stressful.

GoogleI haven’t rented with this agency but I wish I had. Not that my current one is bad, no. But Alex and Amanda were so nice, polite and had an incredible amount of patience on getting our details and getting properties to us.
You know the drill… go to the agency, “I’ll put you in the system”, automated listings, that thing. Not with them. They really tried to understand what we wanted and needed. Not being pushy or sending properties above sour budget (really don’t like when agencies do that).
It’ll be the first place I’ll check next time I look for a property.
