GoogleWas really happy with the service here provided by Randall. He was so helpful in helping secure a flat to rent - extremely quick and clear in communication and overall just a really nice and friendly guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent/buy in the area. Appreciate all the help!

GoogleBe very wary of this agency. The vast majority of reviews on here are from those who have only experienced KFH in the "pre-signing of contract" period at which point they are absolutely satisfactory in the service they provide. However, once you have put pen to paper there is a distinct shift in their attitude and willingness to help. Myself and my housemate rented a flat through KFH Belsize Park and had our deposit (over £2000) withheld for 7 weeks after the end of our tenancy, without any information or reasoning. After 7 weeks of us chasing, KFH finally responded saying that the landlord wanted to make a deposit deduction to repair a table (?). When we pointed out that the table was broken at the point of check-in they argued it vehemently but eventually backed down when they realised we weren't easily conned and returned the deposit, albeit 7 weeks later than it should have been returned. An absolute ordeal made of something which should be completely straightforward. Shambolic and negligent. Cue generic response claiming that my feedback is useful and I should contact them to discuss it further...

GoogleOur property has been managed by KFH for the past 11 years and we have been happy for the service except when it comes to work by the contractors; I have been convinced that contractors are not held responsible for their quality of work and there is no quality control by KFH

GoogleThe only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is that they had some technical issues with their tenant portal that caused some minor delays. However, these technical issues are not a reflection on the quality of the estate agent we worked with, Randall. He did his absolute best to minimise the effect of these technical issues on our process. He was polite, always available when needed and it felt like he had our best intentions at heart. If you go with KFH, I'd highly recommend asking to work with him.

They found a great tenant, but more importantly were very helpful with my move out, helping with various workmen that needed to attend the property in my absence. Being local replay helps, as KFH know the market well but its human face of KFH I really value.

I found him very pleasant to work with. He and the team guided me through all necessary paperwork processes to complete the documentation. While renting in London has become quite the adventure in recent years, I felt supported throughout the process by the Belsize Park KFH team.
