GooglePeter West has been a star. Not only has Peter been polite, kind and handled the purchase with sensitivity, he has co-ordinated everything so this has happened in the time frame set out at the beginning. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property in NW3.

GoogleGreat service, everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs, especially Tunde and Giulia. The process of setting up the agreement after I made the initial offer was super quick, slight delays here and there but otherwise excellent. 5/5

GoogleSabrina Hamzaoui was terrific to work with. She was patient and understood our needs and wishes. She helped negotiate and got us everything we wanted. She made everything easy and was always willing to accommodate our schedules. We’re now living in a terrific flat and have Sabrina to thank for that!

GoogleKFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.

GoogleJake and his team at KFH in England's Lane did a fantastic job for us. They sold our apartment in just five days! They were highly professional and maintained great communication between the buyers and us throughout. Would gladly recommend to anybody selling a home (and indeed have done so twice already!).

GoogleWe found our flat through KFH. Josh was the best agent we dealt with on our search, and we spoke with a lot of agents. He was always available to contact and very helpful, he didn't do the hard sell approach which was refreshing. Thank you Josh and Charmaine. 5⭐️

GoogleHousing agencies in the UK can be a real nightmare! Until I met Randall at KFH and realized that there could be someone human who really wanted me and my family to get the best accommodation possible. He has been very helpful, timely and the kindest of all agents. I fully recommend this service.

GoogleHad a great experience with KFH. Randall handled all my questions, some of which were quite silly, with patience and professionalism. Would recommend.

GoogleAlways felt like KFH was professional and transparent until we had an incident with this branch. Our offer was accepted but Peter West didn’t hesitate to show the property to other buyers and found somebody who can pay more, ended up cancelling our process. We were even working with their own mortgage advisors and started the application. I know legally they can do this but it’s not ethical.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
