Peter West stood out for his tenacity and his extraordinary commitment to our objectives. At times when the sale faced delays due to issues on the buyer's end, he showed an exceptional drive, persistently following up with the buyer and their solicitor. His proactive approach ensured that the process stayed on track, and he continuously communicated with us to keep us updated. What impressed me most was how he always went the extra mile to secure our interests. His negotiation skills are commendable, and he always sought the best outcome for us. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to finalize the sale within our desired timeframe and at a price we were pleased with. It was indeed a pleasure to have KFH represent us. GoogleSome Estate Agents don't have the best reputations but I have to say that Peter and the team were completely open, offered sound and pragmatic advise and were throughly professional and amiable through out the sale. Selling is rarely straight forward, but this time around I never felt stressed. Thank you.

GoogleFantastic experience with Josh Colin and the team. They made the whole experience of selling my late dads flat very easy and fast and were polite and very communicative throughout. This was inspite of the fact that there were three of us making descisions which made things slower from our end. But they remained patient.

The team at KFH were professional, efficient and super helpful in working with me to find the right tenant and then to deliver on all the administrative work that accompanies renting. I would recommend them highly and it's really helpful to have a great agent if you live outside of the UK.

GoogleKFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.
