GoogleMy experience at KFH was by far superior to any other estate agent Ive worked with in London. Sabhah, Anya and Kerim were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, making an otherwise stressful situation seamless.

GoogleAnya was incredible in helping us find a short let within a week. We were working to a very tight schedule and she was very responsive and followed our brief to the letter. If you’re working with KFH then ask for Anya!

GoogleWe were very pleased with KFH Holland Park branch. Shaun Gray was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was open and engaged through the process, keeping us updated at all times and chasing actions to keep the purchase moving smoothly. We have now moved into our wonderful home and are extremely happy.

GoogleNothing but superlatives. Was planning a move back to London after many years and having contacted and dealt with a number of agents, I have to say that KFH Holland Park trumps everyone hands down! Perhaps other agents just want to flip over a rental and not really wanting to invest time and effort on outright purchases. But not KFH. Many nearby agents didn't even return my calls or got back to me 3 months later with a 'are you still looking for a property' response. However KFH especially, Mr. Claudio Correia, got back to me straight away, made the personal introduction and offered a 5 star service throughout. Also going above and beyond on many many occasions. KFH Holland Park are courteous and professional from the get-go - supported by an extremely responsive and friendly team in the office. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would use again.

GoogleAnya and Kerim were extremely helpful and resourceful in finding and procuring an apartment for my girlfriend and I. Their speed and professionalism was a godsend during the busiest rental market I have witnessed in 5 years in London.

GoogleShocking customer service & response times. Sell you into faulty apartments and then take an age to respond or fix any issues.

GoogleI can't thank Freddie and his team enough for supporting me through selling my flats in London. They came with personal challenges which did not seem to phase Freddie at all. Freddie was incredibly supportive and genuine, I don't think I could have done it without him.PositiveQuality

GoogleThank you to Tom for his patience and professionalism at KFH Notting Hill. Tom was very understanding of our preferences and showed my husband and I a stunning flat just outside of Notting Hill. I would highly recommend this agency and will be getting back in touch in the future.

GoogleClaudio and Salvatore did a fantastic job selling my flat. When the first buyer fell through (no fault of theirs) they were super quick to find another and their communication throughout was excellent. I felt I was in very safe hands from the get go. I also really liked how professional and helpful they were with my buyer, who was relocating from the US. Super job all round and would recommend.

GoogleAmera is amazing! She helped us a lot finding short term rent, although it is a super difficult work. She is so professional and always bring us positive feedback quickly. Actually she saved our life, we don’t need to be ‘homeless’. XD Highly recommend KFH, a super professional team with high efficiency.

GoogleWe had the chance to meet Charlie during our first housing tour in London and felt so at ease dealing with him. He helped us figure out the furniture too: very pleased about this as our first time in London. He was also very nice with the kids on our second/next visits :)

GoogleOur experience with Victor Cliff has been fantastic. He's very patient, efficient and super easy to speak to regarding anything we've needed. He's answered any questions we've had along the way even out of his office time and has made moving into a new property completely stress free. Thank you!
