GoogleOut of every estate agency in Holland Park, I have had the best service though KFH. Daniel was fantastic and helped me through my search to find the perfect property at a well negotiated price. Not only do they have great properties but they were not aggressive in their approach like most agents. At KFH they keep things very professional and I appreciated that. Would recommend to anyone looking in Holland Park or surrounding areas.

GoogleI recently popped into the Holland Park branch of KFH whilst searching for a flat to rent. Lettings Negotiator, Charlie, listened carefully to our requirements and sought to match us to a suitable property in a really diagnostic way. The very same day, he had us viewing a range of suitable properties. Once we had found somewhere we liked, Charlie carefully outlined the referencing process and methodically checked our affordability. He was at all times professional, attentive and caring: not the experience we’ve had at many other agents! Highly recommend!

GoogleTom is really a great agent and a nice person!! My experience of the properties hunting with Tom was amazing! He is very patient, kind, passionate and conscientious, and he helped me find my dream home!! I strongly suggest the agency to give Tom a promotion, he deserves it and he will never let you down!! If you need to look for properties in London, go to KFH and find Tom!!!

GoogleTom was great. He went out of his way to try and help us find a place with many requirements- dog friendly, wood floors, 2 bedrooms, and more. He also helped us coordinate all of this from the US. He sent us information virtually, was considerate about the time difference, and explained the UK market and different areas.

GoogleI haven’t rented a place with KFH but Eduard has been one of the best agents I’ve deal with during my 5 years in London. He has been trying to find me a flat for 2 months and even though I found it with another agency he has always been following up, attentive and nice. Ask for him if you can!

GoogleAnya Boyde-Maynard is a most delightful person to deal with at KFH - a very good listener, enthusiastic, attentive, always follows up in a professional and polite manner - I couldn't have been happier with her approach to my property search. Well done and many thanks Anya.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH; Eduard Pistea was really helpful, unlike the other agencies we've been to, Eduard was kind enough to put us in touch with his colleagues from other KFH branches as well, so we could find the right property. We'd like to thank him for all the support.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhat a great company! The staff (especially Thomas Goddard) are superb. Really took the time to listen, planned viewings well, and showed us some excellent and thoughtful properties in interesting areas of London I knew nothing about. Thomas was super knowledgeable about properties themselves and the areas highlights. Highly recommend this company and this estate agent himself! A real legend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTom Goddard was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient throughout our communications and during our house viewing. Unfortunately we decided to go with another flat on this occasion as it was in much closer proximity to my workplace. I would without a doubt recommend Tom and Kenleigh Flockard and Hayward to friends and family, I’ll also be in touch when the time comes to change.
